Definitely one of my favorite song from Demi. I wish people didn't criticize them so harsh about their addiction. Demi is admiralty so open about the relapse and road to recovery. In reality it's not a linear goal. There's major bumps in the road and I love how Demi is pulling the curtain behind the scenes. It's a ugly transition that people get discourage and shamed. We need to be supportive towards recovery addicts

This song refers to their days under the record label. They restricted the diet so much even on their birthday it was a melon cut in the shape of a cake. They now has control over what they do and what they eat. It's empowering Demi 👍
