The thing is, she re-lived EVERY detail. From the outfit she was wearing/hairstyle, to the sexual assault in her bed, the dialysis tube in her neck, to the look-alikes in the video. It was SO real - even beyond the song. This video almost brings me to tears after watching the documentary man😪🙏🏾

She was actually breaking down in the video...her producer wanted to stop filming but she wanted to film through the raw emotion

Demi goes by they now, but they did great at the Grammys.

this video was deep and took me a few days to process it 😩 she did an amazing job and she’s soooo strong and brave to relive the exact moment even down to the outfit she wore on that night. I really commend her for being so honest 🥲

The part where she’s crying because she’s blind and her sister Madison is holding her gets me every time 😭😭

This video is sooo strong and was cared for so well. Demi was cared for in such amazing ways her therapist, life coach, and other support systems were all there with demi. They were asked if the environment was safe and she had support the entire time they filmed this video. I wanna applaud not only demi but her team for creating an environment for Demi to be able to artistically express herself about that night in a safe wY.

Her vocals were held back from the drugs. You can tell how sober she is. It's crazy such a beautiful voice

If you think this was deep, watch the youtube series she also recently released. By the way that is the SAME jacket she was wearing at the party of her friend on that night. Like you said that took a huge amount of strength to re-enact what happened that night from the O.D. to the sexual assault. She took a taboo subject which is addiction and dragged it kicking and screaming into the light. Unfortunately our society labels and shuns people that have dependency problems. Once you are an addict, you will always have a big letter A stamped on your chest. Our society needs to learn that this problem doesn't just go away with a magic pill. It's an uphill battle that you will fight for life. My drug of choice were painkillers to start with which eventually lead to alcohol, and on occasion, Fentanyl. I have been clean and sober now since 2008 after on O.D. of my landed me in the hospital and then eventually rehab. When the E.M.T.'s got to me, I was found outside facedown in the snow. My core temp was 78 degrees. I was given a 30% chance of survival. I still have problems with vision and memory loss to this day. I hope that people see this on your channel in the hope that they will realize, what addiction really is-""Dancing with the Devil" is simply put, hell.

You would think an experience like this would put anyone off the hard drugs for life shame she still carried on using heroin after this :( Addiction sucks.
