This song was a cry for help and no one realized it until now, I freaking LOVE Demi Lovato she's helped me through more BS than any other artist or band out there. She writes such emotional songs that have so many raw emotions in them, I have no words for how good of a singer she is I felt the emotions of this song in my soul the first time I heard it. I can still feel them and I get the chills every time I listen to this song. Demi Lovato is The Queen of Vocals. She has got more strength in her body that people give her credit for, she deserves a Grammy!

This song hits so hard for me. When I was 15 I attempted suicide by overdose twice, after already being through countless counselling sessions and talking to people. I just never felt like they listened. I feel every word she’s saying in this song. It’s 3 years later and I still battle my demons everyday. I’m not proud to say that I’ve had relapses and I’m not proud to say that I attempted at all. Those moments will haunt me forever but I am proud of how far I have come. I recently got accepted into college and I’m gonna be a nurse so I can help people who need it, just like I needed it. Thanks for the reaction, you’re always very genuine and I respect that so much.

It sucks that in those darkest moments it feels like we could be screaming at the top of our lungs and no one hear it. I was there when I was 14. The darkest time of my life. Just know that when you hit rock bottom, there's nowhere to go but up. There are people that care that want to listen. It's usually the same ones that have been there. You're choosing a very selfless career for a very selfless reason and I thank you for that. I wish you all the success in the world.

Leanna Johnson, I am so sorry to hear this. Your so young to have to go through all of this. I say a prayer for you to keep going and being the best you, you can be. I am so sorry Leeanna.. I have a daughter that suffers a lot with depresión. Since she was born she lacked of some chemicals in her brain... And it has been so tought... She has attempted on her life and I don't know what to do anymore...I just know that I was destined to be her wardian and try to help her anyhow..

As a person who suffers from depression this song hits me hard because I can relate to the lyrics . Great reaction video so glad you did this one . And to anyone who feels no one is listening I am ❤️ you matter you are loved and you are worthy keep going don’t give up you got this ❤️

Her music always means something to her. Part of her crying was seeing her mom and sister in the front row watching her, she said it in an interview. I love the way she emotes in her music and performances. She’s helped me through a lot of things, my past is virtually identical to hers.

*I struggle with anxiety and depression and some of the words in this is how I feel at my worst points. This song can make me cry sometimes. Such a beautiful but sad song. She’s an incredible singer to sing that good even through tears!*

Very nice of you to take the time to reply. I went through some very tough moments a few months back. But I’m blessed to have an INCREDIBLE family! They couldn’t possibly be anymore supportive! So I’m one of the lucky ones. Not everyone going through depression feels they have people to talk to.

Great reaction, Birdman. One can really see how much she's hurting and, though she's surrounded by lots of people in her life, how lonely she is. That's the reason for her drug relapse and overdose. In her younger years, she was bullied on a regular basis at school, she had an eating disorder, she lapsed to alcohol and cocaine overuse and checked herself in to rehab centers several times. She had been "clean" for several years which is why the latest relapse was so sad. Word is they had to use Narcan to revive her which means she was using the more addictive and deadly opioids. If you listen to the previous song she wrote, where she tells everyone she's relapsed, she stated she only does it when she's lonely. This song to which you just listened reinforces just how lonely she was although she has hundreds of people around her. When you have a chance, would you please react to 15-year old Courtney Hadwin's cover of "Old Town Road"? I've battled addiction for the past 20years and have been clean for 4 years. But everyday is a constant battle. Its a must to have someone who is always there to listen and be a part of your recovery process

Demi Lovato has become my favorite singer just recently. I never knew much about her except I watched on some of those celebrities surprise fans videos and I know she was suffering from drug addiction. But after hearing this song and also from two years ago her song “father” live before an intimate audience (That would also be a nice performance for you to react to), And then seeing her performance of the Star-Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl, she’s become my favorite. And she does suffer from depression, and she is bipolar also.

You should react to shouldn’t come back Toby Demi Lovato She wrote it about her dad which also had problems with drugs and alcohol ,he left her mom when she was three and ever since then she didn’t want him in her life I also relate to this song because when I started high school I started self harming (cutting) but I stopped as soon as I started and I’ve been sober/clean from it for 7/8 years now

Birdman's Place thank you it was Demi who helped me stop because I love her music and are a huge fan of hers so I knew that she had the same problem of self harming when she was younger and still on Disney. A year ago I got a tattoo yrgat says stay strong which Demi has one too so it reminds me to stay strong for my self and for Demi as a fan but most of all it helps me stay strong in my faith for God and my relationship with him

Miss demi Lovato was on drugs and she was drinking a lot of alcohol. She almost lost her vision. She has to have help, picking out her clothes and accessories.
