On Friday 21st June 2024 a special event was held in Manor Walks, Cramlington, Northumberland.
The Dementia Roadshow celebrated all groups and organisations who support those living with dementia.
Stands, choirs, and a short play all went to inform and educate people about the condition, and what help was available to those dealing with this form of condition.
