No, they closed most looney bins up because they knew they wouldn't have enough of them to hold all the people with mental illnesses due to things like processed foods and chemical exposures. Instead they just glorify the mental illnesses and forces their acceptance on the rest of the population

College doesn't make you smart anyway, it simply gives you the tools to become intelligent yourself (as you are the only one who can make yourself intelligent, you can't be taught that, but you can learn it).

For a couple of years, I taught 400 level Constitutional Law as an adjunct professor at a local college. I voluntarily resigned - there were no issues with negative surveys or student complaints. I was frustrated with the level of unpreparedness and stupidity of the students who had clearly been given unearned passing grades in prerequisites. For example, I would always ask an incoming class what the three branches of government are, and which branch is responsible for drafting law. A typical response would be Democrat, Republican, and Independent and the president is in charge, so he decides the law. For a 400 level class, wasting time teaching basic civics was beyond irritating. Many students would typically present arguments based on emotion, backing up their positions by getting louder rather than use of logic. Unfortunately, the degree of idiocy is rampant in colleges, and we are all seeing it play out in front of us.

I grew up in the 60s with my parents divorcing during 1st grade , my brothers and I were traded back and forth between parents every couple of years , from farm life to small town or city life where it was a different state or different school system and only a couple of those times did we start at the start of the school year but in the middle. 7th and 8th grade was from start to finish in the same Junior High School and it was great and we moved to Puerto Rico and my freshman year was a private but spanish catholic school that taught and tested in Spanish .My brothers and I had six months to learn all the spanish we could before going to PR and we all were blessed with great teachers and tutors when we got there. My Mother ,Step Father and I met with the Dean of the school and She made it very clear that as A HS Student , I would not be given special treatment when tested . I did graduate but it would not have happened if not for the Great Teachers from 1st through 8th . After graduating I m9ved back to my Dads Georgia farm and went into the building business until I joined the Army in 1979 with only a 9th grade education . I did get my GED while in the Army and learned a lot that I took and applied after serving only a few years. I returned to the construction business where I built everything from houses , shoping centers and industrial parks to a Private School Campus when I was only 30 years of age , I give all the credit to having Great Teachers that I was blessed with all the way, at times I felt like such a burden but it was clear that they wanted to educate everyone that wanted it if they would only give the effort. We were taught world history and American History Civics and Mathmatics and Science and 9th grade Biology in Spanish for a Young man far from his neck of the woods who studied it with a after school tutor 5 - 6 days a week and still barley passed it ! I was blessed to have never been to any School that our Teachers were not respected , sure a student here and there would get out of line but they were promptly dealt with and make no mistake about it , I had to visit Mr Jones our Principal to be introduced to his paddle , then praying to God that news of it did not make it to my home because worse would be in store for me. I am concerned for America as our public educational system is collapsing from coast to coast, I believe that it is a must for families to educate their own children , the moms , dads , aunts , uncles ,brothers and sisters should start cracking the books and sharpen up on the subject matters they know and can teach, maybe taking in a friend or neighbor child , I could never tolerate the public education system today, abolish it and start over again with demands of both Educators and Students .

Things need to be straightened up now before it goes so far that it can't be fixed. We are literally normalizing mental health. That is definitely clear. I am glad my child is already out of public school AND college by now and already has a great job.
