@@DeltaXRobot thanks, I'm definitely interested: it would be useful for a project I'm planning! But I only see Delta X on your web store, not Delta X 2. I thought X 2 was still a prototype?

@@DeltaXRobot Hi , it mainly depends on the full specs (payload, working area, user interface capability and so on). Anyway the above mentioned pricing may be adequate.

What about the Kossel and Rostock? Both of those are open source and way older than this.

Those are not Delta Robots. For 3D printers (and other purposes) the Delta Robot was simplified using linear guides. Delta Robots for 3D printing are known as "Rotary Delta Printers" ...

Have you tried a version using ODrive to increase speed and accuracy?

4:41 the mechanics are not stiff enough to go much faster. They might improve the stability a bit by using using spherical bearings with less play and tying the base legs together at the bottom.

идея хорошая , но очень сильно хромает точность такой конфигурации, дорабатывать , но спасибо за идею сделать его легко складываемым и переносным, по сути основа это верхняя голова которую можно будет прикрутить к любой поверхности, особенно это будет неплохо для 3д принтера, ну и сам стол просто отдельным модулем

Why not 3d printing modules? Lol

Its nearly impossible these days to, find a decent English speaking voice actor maybe, text to voice with A.i. would help?

@@DeltaXRobot Yes, I'm sorry. There was lot that was great in the video, but the voice wasn't the best choice! Really admire that you put yourself out there, and made it in the first place, and then gave it back to the community. I hope the next time you get 1 million :)

Another robot w/o a need. You're not going to use this for any factory applications. This is just another toy w/ no real practical use.
