I flew in/out of AMS in May 2024, as well. My lingering memory is that we taxied so long to runway 36L, I really thought the pilot got lost!
It was probably the Polderbaan 😅
Strange that we never heard he safety demo played over the PA.
The entire spiel in multiple languages can be completed prior to pushback. Seems to be one of those cases.
Cool. Next time, can you do 4 minutes of taxi and 10 minutes of flight? That'd be great.

It's OK but 11 minutes of taxi time is way too much...
You could have cut the first 11 minutes.....it's the take-off we're interested in. Not the taxiing.
Absolutely not. The setting of the flaps at 02:44 and 05:11 is absolutely part of it.
