The less time a person smokes for. The more of a factor quitting will be. If someone has smoked for 25 years. Or if someone quits smoking when they are 65. It could be because some people wouldn't have got a smoking related illness anyway

A person whos in the position to tell you how something works, can either lie and state they know how it works 100% or be truthful. The studies we have done are no able to back up the claims that all delta 8 is dangerous. The main issue is a bad batch. Due to no regulations, who knows who will have a bad batch and how many people will consume it. Simply smoke actual marijuana, stay away from delta 8.

First off I started smoking delta 8 and after a year of smoking started puking and had severe stomach pains. I was short of breath I had body pains etc. went to the doctor and they said it’s what I’m smoking. Stopped about 6 months ago and everything went away

I mean , don’t smoke anything first of all. But d8 edibles made in my town locally have worked wonders for my depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, blood pressure, OCD, and arthritis. The only “drugs” I’ve ever done, were prescribed pharmaceuticals up to this point, so not an addict, or trying to replace any vice. It just works. I honestly couldn’t care less about the side effects, if there are in fact any that are noteworthy. Stay healthy guys, and do what works for you. Don’t feel guilty for being happy.

Smoking pot is actually good for you if it's chemical free and truly organic. 95%+ of people think cannabis smoke is bad for the lungs but everyone of them is 100% wrong. Studies have shown that people that smoke cannabis are less likly to get lung cancer then people who smoke nothing. Reason why is because the smoke improves lung cell health. As I said, think what you want because I am about 99% sure you won't believe this even though it's true.

@@Blacktophero34almost all food we eat is unnatural and has byproducts not regulated for human consumption. one example is titanium oxide. it’s never been FDA regulated so can be included in any food without putting it on the label. smoking these substances is no worse than eating them. if you aren’t dead yet chances are delta 8 won’t kill you

@@Blacktophero34 Each drug has its own subjectively unhealthy side effects whether its physical or psychological. I've been smoking and using cannabis products (including derivatives) for the past 3 years so I can tell you its not all good.

Kentucky literally regulated Delta 8 this year... cannaclear is in KY and they constantly update their coas. I've had over 10 surgeries on my stomach and bladder and if it were not for delta 8 i dont know if i would be in the shape i am today. This stuff legit saved my life.

That's where I buy mine and have never had an issue. I can make my own edibles, tinctures, smoke or vape it for under $1 a gram. I think people only run into problems when they buy premade stuff from random shops.

I do agree that with these legal products, especially if synthetic, you have no idea what’s in it. They need to just legalize cannabis.

This is one of the reasons I’ve decided to quit. You never know if your dealer will sell you delta-8. Btw, for those who care, I’m 41 days no weed, 86 days no nicotine. Been smoking off and on since 2008. I am 34 years old. Was never into vaping or the classical cigarette. My infatuation was with the marijuana blunt. I greatly appreciate the content on this channel and everyone’s insights.

Even if you get Delta 9 (the THC everyone knows and loves) from an unreliable source it can be dangerous. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I have an extremely addictive personality, and was a blackout drunk for 13+ years, going on 3 years alcohol free, but I still smoke. I've never once in my life had a withdraw, hangover, headache, or any sort of problem with THC. Reading these comments opened my eyes to how it does affect some people. To those people I say, I wish you the best, and I hope you can conquer your addiction! But please realize, regardless if it's Delta 8 or Delta 9, one is not inherently 'worse' then the other.

D8 is cbd converted with chemicals... D9/thc is extracted from the plants. No conversion.. Multiple methods for these processes.. Many solventless. Smoke standard marijuana, don't smoke garbage. If you're smoking d8 bud especially, that's literally cbd bud coated in disti. D8 isn't naturally produced.

Over time, I saw more and more consumers complaining about various side effects, including, insomnia, tremors, headache, nausea, double vision, and in extreme cases, seizures. Yes, d8 is naturally occuring, but in tiny amounts, the vast majority of the products out now start out as cbd and have god knows what used to convert it into d8 via chemical reactions. Looking through lab results for the past year+ (because im a high ass bored adhd guy... Waste a LOT of time...) Ive seen heavy metals in some form in nearly every d8 or likewise product. The diamonds, the sauces, even in edibles. Theres a company called space gods (at nearly every gas station i go to in my state) whos labs openly show the presence of lead in their basic gummies, but they have these nerds clusters knock offs that have arsenic, mercury, AND lead in em. Theres this hemp store IN A MALL near me, they literally have a whole store, not just a kiosk. with a selection of vape/smokable products, i went through with the worker and showed them how to find the lab results, and wouldnt you know it, all of their products had dangerous shit in them. Their biggest product line is a company called mellow fellow, every product they had from them had nickel present in the lab results, specifically in the thc-p and h4cbd they use in their blends. The other products/brands they had there were just as bad, mercury, lead. Dude was shocked. I could see him thinking hard as hell too, probably thinking back on all the shit hes been breathing. Noticing how shitty he feels but couldnt figure out why he was sick. Because poison shillers are using our love of cannabis for personal gain. That shit is poison, and until regulations are in place, NONE of it is trustworthy. The people selling this SHIT do not care about you and me. They only want as much money as they can possibly get before the gov fixes this fuck up. This bullshit has done nothing but hurt the legalization movement. Gave our opposition tons of ammo.

@@ConcentratedTexas anything in this world can be made synthetically. The word synthetic got a bad rap from that K2 crap. Just because something is made synthetically does not mean it’s bad. It’s a term to describe the chemical process used to create something. Caffeine from coffee beans can either be derived from the coffee bean or made synthetically. Same with any other chemical. As long as the process to make any chemical synthetically is clean and pure in the end product it’s safe to use there is no difference. The DEA uses the term synthetic to scare & fear monger people. The DEA wants to make delta 8 THC illegal because that’s what they’ve done with every natural plant medicine. They want to control it by the masses to make more money. Just like they’ve done with LSD and magic mushrooms saying it’ll rot your brain. When in fact our tap water, Tylenol and every pharmaceutical the government has ever pushed to the American people is terrible for your body and highly addictive whereas magic mushrooms and LSD as well as delta 8 THC are non addictive & can create new neural path ways in the brain which helps with depression & anxiety. Addiction, PTSD, etc. Are there chemists out there making THC products that aren’t tested & have dirty residuals people shouldn’t be inhaling, of course! At the same time making something illegal will only make dirty untested THC products more common. Making something illegal has never stopped anyone from doing something. @@chrismiller8421 Dispensary’s aren’t safe either…Look up what’s new in the cannabis industry of California. There are dispensary’s selling black market products with a dispensary license. Shops selling dispensary quality brands/products without a license. I’ve had dispensary’s caught with moldy weed in my state. Just because it’s from a dispensary doesn’t mean the quality is any more safe than from a street dealer.

I mean, is drinking any better? Do you do videos on the dangers of alcohol? Far worse stuff out there than alt noids, including what's up on the crops we eat and water we drink.

Anyone who says Delta 8 is a problem should not be taken seriously.

Lab reports for individual delta-8 products usually will show what the heavy metal levels are. Probably best to just use your own discretion on what is safe or not, because not all are equally dangerous.

I'm currently 13 days sober from weed and delta 8. My withdrawal part is over I'm just stuck in this brain fog. If this mans video is instilling confidence... You're too far gone as is. Man doesn't even know how the product is produced, literally claimed it was extraction in his "video from a year ago"🤡 D8 is ALWAYS cbd converted to thc via chemicals. Unless the chemist does their reaction perfectly, and cleans the end product to remove the solvent, you're consuming that, aswell as potential byproducts.

Delta 8 is a huge problem i hit this fat delta 8 blunt the other day and died my family is posting this from a memoriam account

First off none of this has happened to me or anyone I know that use Delta 8. Second off, some people need this type of stuff to get by in life. I myself am a very depressed person with anger issues, it helps me by keeping me calm and collective. In my normal state of mind, I can't stand people, especially people that just won't leave other people alone, and let them learn for themselves. If your on a drug that fucks up your life and others around you, then that's different. Something would have to be done.

If you were able to get your hands on the real stuff. You would get higher and you wouldn't have to worry about heavy metals. Combine that with a nice herbal vaporizer and it would be ez on the lungs. Then you would have abv (already been vaped) leftover you can smoke later or when you run out to get high twice. Just some tips 👍. I've done real weed and d8 the main differences are real weed gets you higher and d8 was giving me a weird cough I didn't like after a few months of everyday use.

@@tifzz It's not as bad. Δ9-THC has more side effects as it has a much higher CB1-receptor affinity compared to Δ8.

I smoked delta 8 for about a year because I couldn’t afford real carts or weed. At about the year mark I started puking and passing out randomly. I had stomach pains I was nauseous randomly my head always hurt and I had body pains etc. over the span of about a month of this I went to the doctor 3 times and they had literally no answers for why my body was doing this (because there’s no research on delta 8 and I didn’t tell them I was smoking it) i was having episodes where I felt actually crazy as nuts as it sounds. My doctor told me I had a psychosis episode more than once but said it was “stress because they don’t know why else” I took it upon myself to stop and after about a month my body detoxed and I was back to my normal self and healthy. It’s a matter of when your body has had enough of these dangerous metals and chemicals. For me it took a year for my body to fully react. I smoke regular weed and I feel happy and stress free with no symptoms AT ALL. I’ll never touch delta 8 again

Currently addicted to delta 8 (and nicotine) used it as a replacement for smoking dispensary TCH I have the next few days off of work and wanted to finally quit. I backslid this morning but have hope for tomorrow.

I ran out of sativa for the first time in years I'm researching this stuff to find out if it will do the job like sativa I don't think I'll ever figure it out it's been 4 hours so far but I'm going to keep looking because I can buy some at the gas station tomorrow if it's legit but finding out if it's legit it's hard to figure out

There are literally just as many “legit” companies I used products from in Colorado that were legal there that got shut down…because their testing was not done properly, they had additives not listed etc. I do my own research and have 3 separate places I go to that absolutely will not sell have products their entire staff have not used, as well as only carrying products they are immediately given FULL COAs on. People should do their own research on what they use, because even companies in fully legal states are dropping the ball.

All the more reason to commercialize normal THC products. They are now selling deltas and such that pose higher risks than delta 9 ever would, the fact that half our country is stuck in legal purgotory WILL have consequences.

Today is 9 months my off Delta 8 thc vapes. I was really sick and my ears were ringing loudly (tinnitus). My ears are much better now but they are still ringing. I hope with more time off that it gets even better.

dang dude. it's just rough because you can get a gram of delta-8 for distillate for $1 ($30 / 28 grams) versus spending $10 for a 200mg in bud, I feel like ive used how cheap delta-8 is to justify my addiction, and ive been having symptoms of CHS and they could be caused by the solvants. I have been smoking delta 8 for a few years. Im noticing a lot of negative effects recently. I always feel very ditzy/air-headed, like I can’t think straight and I’m really forgetful. I need to quit.

The highs were great, but the withdrawals were a nightmare. 10x worse then any THC withdrawals.

This guy didn’t really go as in depth as I’d like, but I hope people consider his worries. I too worry about whether these products are tested well or enough.

Okay first off Delta 8 isn't synthetic there's just so little of it that they have to use synthetic chemicals to extract it. But then they use the vacuum purging oven to purge the chemicals they used to extract it out of the actual final product. So what you're left with is a natural variant of THC people keep getting that confused and it's starting to really get on my nerves. Secondly I never found any form of cannabis to be addicting to me personally and to be quite frank the scientific community says it's not addicting either and I prefer to believe them.

Delta 8 helps great with arthritis and depression. But if you are healthy it’s best to stay away from all these products

despite naturally wanting to defend d8, i feel all of the symptoms of heavy metals.

@@tauhid5167 I tapered off & it was really helpful. I was on concentrates myself and I think it’s better to taper then. I used flower for like 3 days and then used VERY low dose edibles for about two weeks (5mg max). When I cut those out it felt very easy

I was smoking for 10 years everyday. Not a problem. Then I moved to Florida where it’s illegal. So I saw this “smoke shop” and there was delta 8. I said well let’s try it. So I did. And I felt somewhat “high” but then right away I knew something was wrong. I got lightheaded and passed out. I’ve never been the same since and it’s been 2years. I’ve been watching myself live my own life since then. Only smoke Colorado weed.

While yea smoking isnt good, it helped my mom with her medical issues ( lupus, hokimotto disease etc ) My Nana had stage 3 bone cancer, amd edibles made her go from moaning and crying in pain to talking, LAUGHING, and playing video games until she passed. I remeber when she passed I asked to the skies if she was okay and to please show me a sighn, and on the dot next to her body the lights turned on and off ( lamp is unplugged for ages) Kind of went on a tangent but it helps.

I be in serious pain that just makes want to die then I found delta 8 so tbh It helps me want to stay alive

Nothing in the gas stations or smoke stores is the real deal. Even worse, for teens that these could be pedaled too. It's probably not pure delta 8, wasting their money and definently their futures since it is also treated (if found on them in oil form) as delta 9 (felony) until cleared via testing which then is too late, much of the damage has been done on their immediate futures (if trying to get into college, etc). Not safe and too many cons all around.

I smoked delta 8 once around 2 years ago and haven't touched it since. Yesterday I purchased a demon 200mg d8 gummy from a vape shop. About 1.5 to 2 hrs after ingesting it I had about an hr long episode of tachy-brady syndrome. HR was bouncing from 39 to 160, I was sitting in a chair when this happened resting.

The FDA and big pharma synthesize drugs with nasty solvents and left over chemicals in the drugs etc. also. That's chemistry. Big Pharma doesn't do lifetime trials on their drugs first. Also, tap water could account for a sample having almost every toxin known to man in it at some level but somehow the weed products are a danger we must confront.
