@@MG-cd9ek umm yeah dollar tree sells tests for a dollar. There pretty good. But if you don't smoke a lot and just drink water you should be fine with in about ten days. And if your skinny it should flush out your system faster. Now me on the other hand it might be year's before I'm clean 😂😂😂. O yeah and most places don't even piss test the swab your cheek now. And thos you don't have to worry the THC only stays in your saliva for about 24 to 48 hours. And iv smoked right before I had to get swabbed and still passed.

@@MG-cd9ek lol no delta 8 is a form of THC made from hemp but it still gets you stoner a more and you don't need to smoke a whole 2 grams for it to show up once THC enters the body it binds it's self to your fat cells and crap. One hit shouldn't be in your system for to long but if you we're to take hit after hit then I would worry.

YES YOU WILL. I test at home and at the doctor monthly. Delta 8 will pop you positive for THC. I used to vape it every now and then. Minor. It still popped positive. I’d have to stay off it almost two weeks to get it out of my system. Why he hemmed and beat around the bush on this I’ll never know. I’ll tell you for a fact from experience monthly.

@@MrTaylorfenoglio no but the typical "standard" is "cheap" and the cheap tests only test for present chemicals, not levels and such. Its like a pregnancy's dip stick "Yes / no". Thc found? Opiates found? Amphetamines found? They dont tell the test people if its Ritalin or Street Meth, Heroin or Prescription Oxy/Percs. THCa D9 or D8 is THC, so it shows up "thc".

Here's my question: My sister lives in Houston. Delta 8 and high THCa flower are legal in her state, although it is in the process of being challenged. (But the law that's currently on the books allows these items to be purchased and possessed.) But her employer has started doing random drug tests. From everything I've read there are available lab analyses of the flower strains themselves, breaking down the percentages of everything found. And these analyses DO differentiate between all the different cannabinoids and terpenes and isomers and analogs, etc. But an employee drug test does NOT differentiate between legal and illegal cannabinoids. So how can a person be held accountable for laws they're not breaking, especially when the TEST ITSELF is what's deficient?

Thats what a high paid lawyer is for. And If she has a medical recommendation / legal card ect. Then its as good as a prescription, they cannot fire someone for testing positive for their Legal heroin aka, Oxy/Percs or Legal Meth with Ritalin and Adderall. Side note, Indeed there are tests that differentiate, they are not used for simple rando drug screens, what they do use is a simple yes / no, is said material present or not. IF they wanted to test further they would need a more extensive and expensive test suite. These test typically dont even differentiate between Heroin/Meth bought on the streets and injected or the kind you get from the pharmacy in pill form. It all shows up as "opiate" / "amphetamine" present.

I got a promotion at work. My company stopped testing a while ago for promotions but I still am not 100% sure how things could have changed with covid and new policies. Anyhow, after I was informed I was promoted starting getting paranoid. I went to CVS and bought 4 of the Drugconfirm brand test on Wed.(after smoking D8 Tuesday night). I failed the home test(taken Wed). This let me know D8 will show up but it gave me confidence in the test. So I abstained for a few days. It's now Monday(5 full days of no D8 use) and I took another test. It came back negative. This was after smoking a moderate amount of D8 for 2 months every day(6-10 good tokes). I did not do any type of crazy detox in those 5 days. I did do quite a bit of moderate activity and I always drink a lot of water. I'm in decent shape and would say my BMI is 28. I'm not overweight and have some muscle tone, but not a marathon runner. But for me I think 3-5 days I was ok.

@@EasyDOTPhysicals sure, thanks fort the video. I am very happy to know these CVS tests can give me an accurate measurement if I will fail a test. Many years ago I used the local commercial lab test. They were good but of course these home test let you know within 10 minutes if you have a problem you need to deal with or not. Quite ironic that marijuana is still tested for and I would expect that will change along with the laws in the upcoming years; and even more ironic that a legal substance can cause you to fail a DT.

Another note. Had a friend in town. Smoked some D8 on Friday. Probably a good 8 tokes so not a major smoke out. I had another test left so I took it Monday afternoon and it came back negative. As you say results can vary based on a a lot of factors, but for me I was clear after about 60 hours.

In my experience the detox drinks didn’t work. I used at home test afterwards and still failed. The only hope is one day they fix the broken drug laws in place. Maryland legalization is coming in November. DOT unfortunately won’t be effected though as always

I read that if its a lab test and they do a gas chromatography mass spectronomy confirmation test it will show as delta 8 and not delta 9. I hope this is the case I have a pre-employment lab drug test Wednesday. I was taking over the counter delta 8 to help me sleep for a while before I found out it could make you test positive, and I'm still coming up positve on home tests.

I have a question about Methylphenidate Im prescribed by my doctor for my ADD And i just took a DOT Drug test and forgot about it and looked it up later and found out that methylphenidate can cause a false positive for amphetamines and now im in a pool of anxiety. Because a failed drug test would blacklist me from future companys for 3 years. I called the company where my medical review officer is and let them know my situation and told them about my RX and what it is and what is possible and i gave them all my info they said i would get a call back on monday. Its saturday by the way. ALSO, i called my doc about faxing a letter and my RX to the MRO. So my question is, what are your thoughts on my situation? Its a schedule 2 drug but im prescribed it and extremely worried.

Is it a medicine allowed to be taken while also holding a CDL? That would be the deal breaker. When I got my CDL I was told I could no longer be prescribed vyvanse after taking it for 15+ years. I’ve since developed an unhealthy addiction to energy drinks 🤣

If you were prescribed Ridellan which is what you’re talking about van MD you shouldn’t have a problem take your bottle and show it to them if you drug screen is positive no big deal you have a prescription for it. If you’re taking it in an illicit manner you need to be looking at finding someway to get around the drug screen or what would be better is to stop the medication that you’re not prescribed best wishes

If it is a lab test and If they are testing for marijuana the way they test is based on delta 9 thc metabolite. Hhc, delta 8 etc are differentiated on a lab test.

Thanks for the video. I have been using “easy home” thc drug test and have been testing positive for 4 months now. I think it stays in the system longer as I only used it three times and that was back in December. Yet, maybe the test kit is just bad. I’ve also read that it will show up positive but if they do a second test that is a GC/MS test that it will differentiate between D9 and D8. Is that true?

I use the same ones and have the same results. It's been 7 weeks since my last toxicity 'event'. Test tap water and see if it passes or fails the control. Tap water passing the control would identify a faulty test. It is quite disconcerting that this guy wouldn't mention this.

@@1turntmigo in Georgia the thing is it is a gamble. You act right out there and you should be fine. But acting up in a car speeding or a wreck. They’ll definitely use the pot laws to get you. Chances are you are gonna get convicted under the current legal system layout here in Ga. It’s terrible but the laws are not caught up with the delta 8 and delta 9 legality yet. Call George Stein the DUI lawyer in Atlanta. Perhaps he knows things differently than me.

I would love to know if Delta 8 , even though chemically appears to be close to identical. Might there be something overlooked? Much in the same way ascorbic acid was presented for many years as identical to the vitamin c molecule. Waited for some chemistry flunky to notice but somehow the grads did not. Also I ordered some delta 8 sour Hawaiian Haze. But since it's from hemp is it really Hawaiin or just labeled that and the other ingredients somehow just sprayed in? I am also very concerned with some cheap bulk delta 8 that my friend got it looks and smokes like deadly spice. So many unscrupulous companies out there and FDA out to lunch

3 months minimum, I applied at a Bank of America branch manager position. They required hair drug test , luckily I had stopped smoking for half a year and passed . Best of luck

Yes it will show up. And if you have a controlled medicine contract in Wisconsin with your Doctor you will be cut off of your medicine no matter it being completely legal. My level showed .5 Nanogram half if one percent. Amount legal in WI up to 3%.

I’m 32 years old, my weight stayed between 170-180lbs. I was clean for 3 months found out I needed to take a DOT test, so I took a test and came back dirty and it blew my mind lol…. After that I fasted and did extreme cardio for 3 weeks to try and prepare and get it out of me, lost 21lbs and it still wasn’t enough……. I ended up having to use carbo cleaner just to get a “negative dilute”😂🤷🏼‍♂️. Fast foward to today and I still piss dirty. Don’t tell me it’s the same lol. Iv smoked real weed since I was 13 and anytime I had to test I could be clean in 2 weeks tops. It’s not the same. 🤷🏼‍♂️🫡

Apple cider vinegar with the mother in it, the murky kind. 2 table spoons mixed in a glass of water I the morning, then in the evening. Eat chicken and salads. Drink lots of water. And treadmill, and jump rope before you have to test.

Yes, get piss from someone that’s clean, take directly there with some hand warmers tucked under your nuts to keep it between 90-100. They can’t watch you pee, so you put there’s in the cup and give it back and Boom you passed. I was 45 days and still home testing positive off of delta 8. sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do to survive ya know

The metabolites of D9 and D8 are identical. They break down into the same compound after you use them. It is impossible to differentiate between the two via a urine test. D8 will come back as positive for THC. And you could lose your job... even though the substance is federally legal, and legal in many states. So, even if you don't indulge on the clock... there is risk. Meanwhile, you can drink an entire 12 pack in an evening, and go to work the next day and pass a drug test... nice, eh?
