How to start dell latitude DE620 laptop without keyboard?
process:-
• Remove keyboard
• You will see no. 1 left side and no. 34 right side of keyboard slot bottom area.
• Count and Mark point no. 27 from left to right . if you count from right, that point will be point no. 8.
• Connect that point no. 27 with any point top part points with help of wire. I am using here CAT6 wire.
• Then your laptop will be start.

I think my issue is related to BIOS and I need to reset it. Since long my Vaio laptop battery had gone exhausted. So, I used to start my laptop by connecting it directly and pressing the power button on, lights would start blinking, fan would start running but there'd be no display; the laptop wouldn't turn on. In such a situation can I connect the laptop with an external monitor or an led tv will there be display? If yes, what does that signify? Please confirm connecting the laptop with an external monitor is advisable? The laptop screen went black when the boot mode was changed from LEGACY to UEFI. Do you think by taking out the CMOS battery will reset the BIOS?

My laptop wouldn’t turn on even after I tried this but then I decided to try remove the ram and power it on and while it was on I re inserted the ram and then powered it off again and it worked! (Somehow) 💀

Count that point from right side to left at keyboard connector area on motherboard or check discription of video for more details
