My Dell RTX 3090 On GPU: GD007 On Memory: Upsiren U6 Pro Between black plate and heatsink (there is a gap of less than 0.5 mm): GD007 Temps: GPU: 69 Hot Spot: 81 Memory: 84 Fan: 63% Power Limit: 100% This is all with a full 350W load in FurMark. I'm not a miner, so I don't know what temperatures will be during mining.

100 C after copper modding?? That is still high. Using thermal pads could get you max temp of as low as 90C while mining.
