What’s really cool is that they have thrash metal clout even with non Christian metal fans! Love these guys!

As a fairly competent guitarist, I can really appreciate Deliverance's riffs and Mike Phillip's guitar work!!! He's fantastic!!!

BUT if you want to hear Mike shred listen to the intense live deliverance record he kills it and obviously it’s recorded live plus Jimmys voice sounds amazing… it might be my favorite recording they have behind Disturbance… I like everything so it’s hard to say what my favorite is.

I grew up going to Christian rock concerts because my dad helped start up a Christian radio station in Lytle, Tx. They had a show on Friday & sat nights called “the kingdom rock show” & I used to tag along but usually pass out before they signed off at 2am…so nostalgic to hear this & others like white cross, barren cross, stryper, paradox, bloodgood…tourniquet..I can’t think of another one. Good times. ☺️

My friend and I and maybe 15 other people saw them live at a water park in Sacramento.

Deliverance is THE Christian Metal Band! I introduced Weapons of Our Warfare as a running cadence in my Army Basic Training platoon. They loved it. My friend Charles met Jimmy P. Brown a few times, and held an interview with him on his Christian Metal radio show, "Disillusionitized Defamation of Psychotic Metamorphasis" at San Bernardino Valley College (CA) in 1992. He was known as "Psycho-Logical." The show was cancelled by Johnny Rocker, for preaching the word, after a year on the air.

One of the best metal bands of all time still listen to these guys to this day.

Had this recording on VHS tape off of Headbangers Ball, and watched it countless times. Great Christian Metal.

WOW. What a blast from the past. Brings back great memories.

Jimmy P Brown II was once of the nicest guys I've ever met. These guys were amazing live....even when they slowed down a bit. Got the chance to see them, The Crucified, Saviour Machine, Mortal and Mortification live a few times. So awesome to hear this song I bumped for soooo many years again.

I have been a Deliverance fan since the 80s and 90's. When I first heard them I was blown away. In 92ish they played at a local church here and it was awesome moshing in front of the steps up to the stage. They played What a Joke as a debut for that album which was just about to release later that year. So cool!!!!

If you buy or sell on the Sabbath, you have the mark of the beast... This video and band is sooo awesome ... Thank God, and you, for you uploading...
