You could go even further with Asian flavors. Ditch the onions in the mix, and instead use onion powder, garlic, ginger (raw or powder), 5-star spice powder. And grill up some pineapple rings cut in halves to fit on the bun better, as well as the peppers. But it sounds great that way too, Pop.

Looks awesome! The only thing that I would do different is smoke the meatballs for 1 hour and then brown, just to add another dimension to them.
