Almost all foods we eat have sugar. We eat sugar at a very young age too. When a baby starts to eat solid foods, we feed them with many foods with sugar. Eating sugar thru out a person's life, that is why diabetes is a commom health problems in the USA. what you put into your body is either help you or harm you. Up to you.
