How to make Russian pies "KURNIK" with juicy chicken filling. ASMR recipe
For the dough:⠀
- 350g flour;⠀
- 60g butter;⠀
- 150g of kefir (natural yogurt);⠀
- 1 egg;⠀
- 1/2 tsp of soda;⠀
- 2/3 tsp salt.⠀
⠀
For the filling:⠀
- 400g chicken breast;⠀
- 2 large onions;⠀
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;⠀
- salt, black pepper to taste.⠀
⠀
1. Mix kefir with soda, wait until they react. In a bowl, mix flour with salt, add butter and rub into crumbs.
2. Make a well in the flour and pour in the kefir and the egg. And knead the dough. It will be soft, not sticky. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes. ⠀
3. For the filling, cut the chicken breast and onion into small cubes, add oil and spices, mix. (Add 1 potato if desired)
4. Divide the dough into 14 balls. Roll out and place the filling in the center. Blind a triangular shape, leaving the middle open, braid the edges. Brush with egg and bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes. The pies are ready!

Привет! Да, на кубики, желательно не крупные, чтобы она хорошо пропеклась. 1-2 штуки небольшого картофеля хватит на это количество
