Biryani is one of the "three great rice dishes in the world"!
This recipe uses basmati rice, which is cooked in a unique way without using a rice cooker.

Yogurt 30g
Salt as needed

Basmati rice 150g

    一度は作ってみたいと思っていたチキンビリヤニ。一緒に炊き込まずこのやり方のほうが美味しくできそうですね。バスマティライス探してみます。
