He had heard stories of how Andy could make the most delicious Bibim Naengmyeon, and since it was Neil’s favorite dish, he was determined to find him. Neil is a courageous leader and never shies away from a challenge. He decided to take on this quest and set out to find Andy and make the dish. He searched high and low, from the bustling cities to the quiet countryside villages. Everywhere he went, Neil asked around if anyone had seen Andy or knew of his whereabouts. No one seemed to have any information about Andy, but Neil kept on searching. He was undeterred by the lack of success, and as such, will continue on, hopeful to one day receive his well deserved Bibim Naengmyeon.

Pro Move: Rimming the sauce around the rice instead of dumping in middle. Not many people do this and it’s actually one of the most important overlooked cooking techniques for Fried Rice. Rimming the sauce cooks the rawness out as it contacts the wok and caramelizes the sugary starches before “coating” the rice. If you just dump the sauce in the middle, the rice will soak it up first before getting cooked off and make it taste overly salty. It gives that charred (wok hei) smoky flavor which balances the saltiness with more depth of umami. It makes such a difference.

@@m.theresa1385 it's a staple in Germany for ages, it's basically the same thing just not in crystal form, extracted from a different source (I believe it's yeast rather than algea) and with some added ingredients. Same usecase but not as versitile since it does have an actual flavor, which normal msg doesn't.
