Crack each fresh egg into a cup then add it. That way if there is anything weird in it you can throw it out and it's not in the food you're making. 😊 My Grandma taught me that.

We have a special cup in the cabinet just for cracking fresh eggs into. You never now when you’re going to get one that has gone “off” and oh Lordy will that ruin a recipe….and your kitchen….and the whole house….you may as well just move. 🤣

i do something like the beef patties, but use ground beef in a gravy, golden or beefy mushroom soup and a roast beef gravy packet...yummy 😋

Whenever I improvise recipes with whatever ingredients I have on hand, my boys ask "does this have a name or is it one of your concoctions?" LOL! They always eat it anyway!

My husband is a super fan Smothered Hamburger Steak and Mashed Potatoes w/gravy. I really think he would eat it 3 times a week. Of course. Cause it meat & taters. 🙂
