Servings: 16 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of wheat flour (1+1/2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 grams of butter (8 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon)
- 130 grams of yogurt (1/2 cup)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling:
- 80-100 grams of nuts
- 50 grams of raisins
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Additionally:
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 15-18 minutes.

Ottimi e semplici triangolini ripieni di insolita farcitura alle noci 👋🍪 io proporrei anche la variante con fichi secchi al posto dell'uvetta..... Ciò non toglie che prima provo a fare la ricetta originale che hai proposto. 🍪🍒🍀🍪🍒🍀🍪
