Posted the above before I watched the vid, it's a neat little thing. Iv never baked in my air fryer yet it just seems wrong 😂 by baking I mean a cake 🎂 but those dessert parcles looked AMAZING I'm going to try it. Recipe book looks brilliant !!

Absolutely loved you soux chef, her finese was amazing to watch. More little hands please lol I saw the best thing ever to make me finally want to buy an air fryer and it was a crispy boursin. Until I saw that I was very ambivilant towards air fryers

Great ideas. My partner bought me our first airfryer a few weeks ago and it's flippin brilliant. Its a Cosori one too (but not the Turbo one). I did a full chicken - fab. A big pork leg joint amazing. Love it xx

I was in stitches when you said you would do anything to get veg in hubby . Forty years I tried I mean really tried I don't give in easily !!!! The face and don't even are about salad you would think I was trying to poison him !!!! Given up x😂

Im experimenting with making mini Beef Wellingtons in my air fryer tonight. The hubby had a hip replacement & in recovery he sent me a message that he wanted Beef Wellington. He doesn’t remember it, so I’m going to make it tonight! I’ve never figured out how to make half a package of anything! Impressive!

Found your channel bout 3 weeks ago. Really easy to watch, my mum was coeliac so understand the trials and tribulations attached to all that. And also a too good to go fan as well, love seeing what i can create, you have given me quite a few ideas. Unfortunately our bags are not a patch on the UK ones (i live in spain)...but do love a challenge.

@mumthings there's always yoghurts...lots of yoghurts 😄 and veg which determines what soup I make to freeze. Love that you cook with your children, I done the same when mine was little, it also helped her to learn to count when weighing out ingredients. She's 26 now and can really cook well... more importantly use all the leftovers up. Such a good base for them to learn.

I love my air fryer. My favorite recipe is for salmon bites with a sticky sauce!

My BIGGEST tip to you with this airfryer is take really really good care of the grill pan that goes inside. Wash it after EVERY USE. If it gets all mucked up and food starts sticking, there will be no good replacement online anywhere (I know Cosori doesn't sell them). The Amazon replacements say they are non-stick but they are not at all like the original, they're rubbish. I think companies do this to pressure people into buying new airfryers prematurely.

Ah that’s a good tip! I tend to use it a couple of times a day and will wash it every night. How annoying about the replacements! Xx

Jamie O recommend giving the whole chicken a centre press/push down to fit in tray. He does use Tefal though 😂

My parents have a Ninja which they like xx

I must admit I do like my two separate baskets so I can cook fries and meat separately. Plus I can bake and still do all my bits and pieces. It would be far too small for my family of 6. I actually don’t own an oven. I own a Bruno grill/ toaster oven, combination oven and an air fryer. We removed the oven last year and gained a cupboard space.

I've read that you cannot clean gluten from air fryers because the gluten gets in the fan system. Caution.

That’s an interesting point! I personally haven’t had an issue but I’m not as sensitive as other coeliacs in my family. And to be honest, I very rarely cook anything that isn’t gluten free xx
