Holy crap, the opponent's Zemo pulling your Gladiator which pulled Iron Lad copying SURFER at Kamar-Taj with ARMOR in effect was the craziest thing I've ever seen, had to be so tilting to the opponent! Had me in tears! 15:28

People just copy paste... I like to create my own brew play for a while and then checkout the creators decks. Watching cozy s list made me realize that Maximus and widow might be great options but so far my version performs fine as well

@@TankHBC I’m really enjoying it. It’s hitting the notes of a great card battler and I’ve been a Marvel Comics fan since the early 90’s ,so it’s great to see the art and characters.

Great video. I wish that there was some examples against elite Discard and Destroy decks. The one Discard deck was misplayed so hard to tell how that should have turned out.

Baron to me is the centerpiece to build a deck milling archetype around, in the same way Annihilus was for junk. Great decks as always Cozy!

@TankHBC It's super easy to pick up and see how it works, but I can tell that there are a lot of tricks and awareness that will more or less come with time/games played. Ben Brode's "low complexity/high depth" talk at GDC. But I'm having a lot of fun getting a new card and making a deck around it, even early on they give you Kazaar and Odin for these pretty powerful effects and you can win early games easily if you are paying attention. Nothing like the feeling of turning a full losing location into a surprise win turn 6! I find myself playing every chance I get really.

Cozy I tried your Deck Assassin deck and I love it! Being a old guy this game keeps my mind working and i love playing against other players. I'm not really into conquest but will play it from time to time just for the fun not even worrying about getting to infinity. Thank you for the content you bring.

I had my Zemo pull my opponent's Zemo, which then pulled their Absorbing Man, which had "no target". Weird interaction.

Zemo isnt “played” until all card effects triggered off of his are done resolving. If the card played before Zemo is a valid target, it will copy that one

That Deck Assassin deck was killer. I lost count on how many games I won in row 😅

Played someone who went Iron Lad (hit Zemo), Baron Zemo, Absorbing Man turns 4, 5 and 6 I was playing Hela so they stole my Corvus Glaive, then they stole my Hela, then they stole my Infinaut. Safe to say I lost

Thanks to all the Zemo mill players I climbed with discard to 83 day one of the season. Great stuff :p

I really like the mill deck but I don't have Grandmaster but I was thinking maybe replacing him with Beast to get some of my mill cards again

I can't believe how fun this deck is. Is it stupid broken? No, but for some reason, I can't stop playing it. Subbed out Sinister for Hope. Curve isn't as good but I like having the option.

I’ve been using this deck and it’s TOO much fun. The games have been so chaotic and super sweet once you wipe out their deck and hand

I wonder if it might be worth playing Baron Mordo in the Widow slot.

This is the first monthly pass I bought in awhile and have no regrets. Zemo is a ton of fun and doing well for me so far (granted, only in the 70s so far, so can't speak to the highest level of play with him yet).

From my only testing I don't think Zemo is a tier 1 sort of card but gee he's going to be less painful to do missions with every week than Sebastian Shaw was. The season pass is the best value in a game that increasingly offers little value for real money spending, and you get a card on top of that. If you can only afford like one season pass every 3 months or something, definitely skip this one. But if you aren't F2P, buying the season pass each month regardless of the card seems a no brainer.

I don’t have task yet so getting pass for that at least

Ive been using the assassin deck since you released this vid and it's really fun, It's like high 90% win rate but you average 2 cubes 😂😂 i also don't have grandmaster so I use beast. The toxicity is quite enjoyable

Zemo on T6 is best to fill a location. You can steal a big card at the end given this big cards meta. I’m only playing him on T5-6 and it’s killer

Does playing Baron late actually, statistically, increase the chance of hitting something big? I would understand if it had to do with their hand, since they'd be playing each things out, but surely the contents of their deck would just be random regardless of when you play him?

Yes and no, Since people are more likely to have more low cost cards in their deck, there is a statistical bonus to waiting for them to draw more while milling with cable and zondu

Can't believe mill is now viable 😮

The only downside to Zemo is that you must pay attention to cards in your opponents deck. first few games with him I went nuts on the mill,, then Zemo had nothing to pull at the end of the game. He has been awesome though, once I got used to the gameplay. Running him in a sort of bounce/mill hybrid with Red Hulk, too. Amazing stuff.

Was able to play him on turn 6 a couple times and pull an iron man out of their deck.
