It’s a 2T22, but per what Frank said, it’s been at least 3 years since he’s been up to Delaware County, PA.

East Islip NY Fire department out on Long Island has the same type of siren!

That’s the siren that always goes off when I’m with my grand pop, and it goes off at specific times and he told me that it doesn’t bother him that much, but do you know when the sterling m-10 be back again?

back in service... i have no clue. The wait was for structural supports for its mounting, is what i was told when last there a year ago. My ex girlfriend lived behind the siren side of the station,is why i was there last year.

How many sirens does this district have? My fire district has 7 sirens! One on the firehouse and 6 on poles thru-out the community. It sounds so cool when you’re in the next town and can hear them all it’s like a siren concert ! People love it! It’s a unique song specific to our fire district. The next district over has a different array of sirens plus a Diaphone horn !

This is a densely populated suburb so there many sirens but, there are many fire companies too.

I used to have a diaphone near me, but it’s since been deactivated and the fire station it sits on has since been retired and sold.

Doesn’t the 3t22 have swapped choppers?

Thats what my man told me. He said that it was going back in service. That was over 2 years ago,when I was dating a chic in that neighborhood and I was up there every weekend.

This station is all volunteer but the rest of the Twp is a combination department

@@brandontheblinddude5302 Alot of volunteer stations do, for those times when members are present. If I had to guess, since some of the guys were already in the house and the bay doors were open, they may have been simply chillin or maybe a committee meeting or work detail. Without the house tones they probably wouldn't have known about the call unless they all had their pagers or the station radio was turned all the way up.

They’re complaining about 2 measly cycles from this siren ? Should’ve lived i there when the other one was in service and would go off 10+ cycles.
