@katsuki bakugou ~Shinigami Yosoku Remember that late bloomers at Izuku's age simply aren't a thing in MHA, so there's simply no way he could get a quirk. Also, Katsuki wanted to get him away from that goal of being a hero, it'd be more logical for him to assume that he got in through one of the other courses.
