This was one of the best interviews ever. You can feel the genuine love these brothers have for each other. Coach Prime was on point with questioning why HBCU's are always going begging "cap in hand". Something is definitely wrong with that. I love how his focus is not only on them winning games but also about creating successful young men in the future.

Man this whole interview is life! Joy and genuine friendship, this wasn't an interview, it was a conversation between friends with a camera present.

Their chemistry, respect and love for each other are undeniable. Their laugh is real and natural. All the young kids should watch this lesson in sports and life.

This interview was needed. He asked all the pink elephant questions. This is why nobody in Jackson should be mad. "Where is the money?!" Why are we always begging or strapped for cash or undefunded at HBCU's?!" He enlighted us on these issues but besides alumni not giving back compared to white alumni there is the mishandling of funds and poor administrating that needs to addressed pronto!

I think I missed the mishandling of funds in this interview. I heard that “the business” needed to be tighter. Within that, I heard “just being around PWIs is a honor”, but the money didn’t add up; it’s bad business. Problem (another) identified; who has the courage and BACKING to address? At this point ALL HBCUs should be mad, not just Jackson.

Excellent interview, Deion Sanders is truly one of a kind and I respect the way he moves and includes God. It's interviews like this that we need to see more of. Keep'em coming Shanon!

Deion only brought "eyeballs" to himself. Its the oldest trick in the book to use poor people and disadvanteged people as props to show others how good you are. It;s really just a ploy to get attention and good PR. Deion is just a talented man in many ways but hes also a smooth talker who manipulates every situation for his benefit. This doesnt make him a bad person but it definitely reflects terribly on him how he just left Jackson State....The other thing is Shannon is totally a propaganda mouthpiece..he would never say anything controversial and just toes the appropriate line.

I’m a first time viewer of this channel, and I need to say how impressed I am with Shannon Sharp’s masterful interview, and the goodness and integrity of Coach Prime. These are two very impressive men, and they have earned every bit of their success.

Man, I am 54 yrs old and these guys are my age and this was such a treat for me to watch and I cannot wait to watch it again with my family. So proud of these Men.

I could listen to Shay and Prime just sit there and talk about life all day.

When he mentioned the kids he taught in "Pee-wee" going to the hall of fame ceremony, some of whom might be coming to CU in these next years, THAT ENTHUSIASM .......THAT LOOK ON HIS FACE...........it's absolutely 100% right there.........He LOVES his players..beyond what they might do on a football field.......

Shannon is a brilliant interviewer. It’s such a pleasure to watch these two legends chat it up. I learned so much, am deeply inspired, and gained even more respect for you both. This was an honor.

This interview is an instant classic. Shannon and Sanders are the cream of the crop when it comes to football history and I’m glad they are here to guide the next generation forward in coaching and in media. That’s power right there

The commentary with those two about deion's foot has to be a blessing and a curse for that masseuse, you know she's never laughed about a mangled foot before until these two.🤣🤣🤣

Unc killed this interview with coach prime.

Both of these guys were real pros on the field, and now real pros off the field. I'm happy for both of them.

I'm based in the UK. This has nothing to do with European sports that I'm used to. I do not follow American sports. But I'm obsessed with Deion Sanders and what he is doing. Thank you internet. It's like a movie unfolding in front of my eyes. This man is an inspiration.

2 sell outs coming together 🤣🤣 Skip showed the world Shannon is a boy and Prime sold out JSU for the worst job the NCAA offered. They knew what was coming and had to stop it

This interview changed my mind 100% on this situation and an example of how easy it is to listen to all of the peripheral bits of info and opinions and form your own half-baked opinion vs withholding judgement until all of the facts come out. Shannon is clearly a great friend to Deion but ultimately asked ALL of the tough questions (all of them and pushed back on the answers) and provided an uninterrupted venue for Deion to tell his whole story. An outstanding interview by Shannon.

Um, this was not that good. IMHO! But the Earthquake interview was pure gold!!! Shannon almost ruined it!!

I absolutely love the camaraderie and solid Brotherly LOVE between these two marvelous guys! ❤️💯

I don't know who has a better laugh. Coach's gift is beyond sports. He is a mentor, motivator, & positive influence. His words of inspiration are a lifeline for those of us without a gift & without positivity. Much love.

I live in Jackson and I have been a long time fan of deion so from the bottom of my heart Thank you coach prime.

Thanks, Coach Prime. I attended three HBCUs. I worked, briefly, at another. My parents both graduated from HBCUs. We all appreciate you for raising the profiles of our schools. And thank you for reminding alumni that they are not giving.

Shannon Sharpe has brought the casual fan back to football. I’m learning about PRIME and this interview….. I can feel the friendship and joy they have for each others success. This was a deep classic footage.

This is very sincere and genuine. Deion is very transparent. He needed to sit down with family to bring this outta him. Shannon Sharpe is like family to him.
