+MrMotherfuck123 The only band that has been special from album 2-7, they all have been phenomenal. Never seen a band since the 70's have their last 2 albums be as good or better than 2 & 4 (Around the Fur and White Pony)

It's hilarious to me that when Koi first came out....I did NOT like it. Now...it's easily tied for #1 favorite Deftones album...along with Diamond Eyes and Saturday Night Wrist. It's nuts that their best 3 albums(imo) came out after they'd already been around for a good decade. This band has aged so well....

titanic riffs, majestic sonics, searching, captivating lyrics, vocal textures galore, rhythmic groove moving mountains....DEFTONES ARE MILES ABOVE MOST BANDS AND ONLY GETTING BETTER!

I love the way Chino says" in a post apocalyptic world" I've always loved that guy and his music

I love the meaning of KOI NO YOKAN. It just describes the feeling I felt when I heard Tempest and Leathers *-*

Sergio has really fit in seamlessly. I couldn't think of anyone better to carry the torch for Chi.

You could tell Chino started to get emotional when he said that was the last record Chi played on.

Just saw them last night in tempe, flawless performance.

looking forward to video for Tempest!! and also for the next Single (if any). Koi No Yokan is akin to first hearing Deftones.. and you get the premonition that things are going to be great with it

Sergio doesnt think that at all.....hes not happy that chi is down....he has been friends with the band for a while and used to be in a well established band already...he joined the band to help out friends not to get a paycheck

@@sochioranmyaku in many ways, unfortunately sergio looked like he just didn't belong. Even in this interview Chino snatched the mic from Vegas hand. For Deftones Chi Cheng is still seriously missed. And nobody will ever fill his shoes. That's gonna be a lifelong issue for the band. But damn sergio being just a hired gun after literally being a fill in for decades. So yes it's bittersweet but realty for whoever plays Bass. Lost alot respect for Chino after his cruel attack on Sergio but Deftones will never fade as the best and then some.

Koi = I'm No = Not Yokan = Joking Simple.
