Thanks for your appreciation!! Now, moving to the main topic. First, I wasn't the one that did the tuning, it came with the UST. I'm sorry to dissapoint you. Second, I only adapted the UST to CV. And finally third, I think I may have ideas of why I don't have too much subs, being the main one that I just started doing covers with UTAU a month ago, so it's reasonable that nobody knows me. Anyways, (that's a lot of text I put up there) thank you again!!

@@gatecos thank you for the reply! Regardless of who did the tuning, I still think it's a great cover, and it's really nice to see Defoko being used! Sometimes it's hard to tell when people have started making covers because they'll make their old videos private, so I couldn't tell how old your channel was. Good luck with getting more subscribers!

I’m loving the sudden resurgence of Defoko covers, but I will never understand how all the sudden people managed to make her sound so damn good It’s like she’s a real person talking through a filter

I... actually don't know too. I was just like "let's make her sing in English", and well, it looks like it was good enough I guess.

i think the lyrics of the song really fit with her because she’s an actual robot and maybe she wants to be set free into the real world

Ever time a utau sings a specific vocaloid song they just make it 10 times better

This cover is to good for a whole paragraph of words. JK The way you got defoko to sing english is the most impressive something that's all is how you tuned her so perfectly. Her voice fits this song extremely well and I overall love this cover and in my opinion it's super close to being better than the original version this is amazing keep up your good work!

I have audi⇒tact synesthesia, meaning I can feel sound. I've never been able to really feel her voice until recently, but that's only you and other people have been learning how to use her correctly Edit: 2:56 What the Disney Channel McFucc was that? Was that her? That felt different

Thank you so much!! To be honest I'm not an expert in tuning, so that goes to Makku's UST (*ejem*, mixing included). All I did was adapt his UST to CV and modify the overlap of the notes so she sounds a bit smoother. And well, It is indeed her... with a X10g20H0Y100 flag on... I actually don't know why I did that.

Defoko was probably my favorite Utau voice wise fro some reason, pretty cool to hear her sing this though a little sad she doesn't have as much rang as others but this manages to do a really great job getting her to sing the song

how did you get defoko to speak english? I have used tetos cvvc and vcv for both amazing english but defoko wasnt ever understandable for me

Hi there!! Ehh, well... I actually just modified the overlap and preutterance values for smoother -CC/CCV syllables, and used "ts" as a replacement of "th". Aside of that... I'm afraid I can't really say more. That's all I have. Anyways, thanks for the comment!!
