Tu m'étonnes que lorsque je suis allé pour la première fois aux US en 2010, j'avais du mal a tout comprendre 😂. Notamment à Las Vegas, les marchands ambulants dans la rue criaient "bodol o wade"😢 pour "bottle of water" 😂

My favorite word is "water". I knew the difference between English and American pronunciation. Some words with different pronunciation : chance, example, pure, bar, better, banana, vitamin, little. 😉

C'est à cause des séries américaines qui sont plus nombreuses que les britanniques. J'ai plus étudié l'anglais britannique et pourtant je prononce beaucoup de mots de la liste de Steven à l'américaine. C'est un problème car comme l'a dit Steven en début de vidéo, il faut choisir la prononciation britannique ou américaine mais pas mélanger les deux.

je regarde beaucoup de series anglophones, sans sous-titres, donc avec beaucoup d'efforts pour comprendre. Je remarque souvent ces differences de prononciations d'un pays a l'autre. Pas facile de tout capter parfois. Mes étudiants de français rencontrent la meme difficulté parfois lorsqu'ils regardent des videos de France et d'autres pays francophones... Le mot "tomato" m'amuse le plus.

J'aime l'accent American ❤

Thanks for all the work you're doing, I'm personally learning only the North American accent but sometimes I listen to the British accent that’s was easy for me to know the prononciation differences of the 15 words. Je vais essayer de prendre un peu de temps pour confectionner une liste de mots complémentaires. I wish you all the best

I clearly DO NOT stick to any gun and my choices of pronunciations are all over the place. I guess it depends on when and where I learnt each word for the first time.
