Good discussion points. Awareness is very necessary these days. With respect to self-inspection, feel your testicles frequently if they’re not soft and are strong/calcified, call your doctor asap! I like the point about fasting. Three days water only fasts induces Autophagy (look it up). Programmed cell death. Old cells, folded proteins die and new ones form. The Bible says fasting renews one’s strength like that of an eagle…eagles shed the old and bring in the new… Diet and frequent rigorous exercise is great and is a must to optimize health. Every man should have a gym membership or a set up at home dedicating at least 30mins daily to deep self work. Exercising optimizes on testosterone levels too which is the vitality of a man. The higher the body fat, the lower the testosterone levels. Stomach should stay flat because high visceral fat is a precursor to a lot of potential health issues. Once a person's A1c is out of a normal range for long, the problems kick in especially after 40+ years. Nutrition too… blood tests should give an insight to where one is deficient. So, if you’re not getting it from nutrition and sunshine, supplements can suffice. For example, low vitamin D levels will prevent calcium from Being absorbed into the bones from the blood, long term this can cause bones to be brittle…Osteoporosis. The calcium retained in the blood can cause calcification - cancers. This is where nutrition and knowing one’s levels and deficiencies comes into play so the person can take corrective action before it’s too late.
