Missed the tutorial telling him to install the Wind Generator in his main tower, which was much cheaper than building a completely new structure.

@@wanderbots easy to do when there's a lot going in a complex game. I thought you did quite well with this.
i loved AI war. a prequel sounds awesome. its nice seeing a game dev be around for so long, very cool.

FYI, it both is and isn't a prequel; it's earlier in the timeline, but the AI you play as is not the same as the AI in the human civil war.
Some commentary timestamps: 30:00 You have to turn on Streetsense for each unit. As far as I can tell, there's no price for having it on, so I always do. 33:20 Yes, that tutorial mentioned you can use investigation on the City Map screen. 44:00 You've two types of "action points" going on in this game. One is Mental Energy, which the cycles of You As An AI. Everything you do consumes mental energy. Androids (other than bulk androids, but we're not getting to them), have AP. Having an android 'do something' costs both 1 Mental Energy from you and 1 AP from the android. Recharging an android to give them an AP also costs a 1 Mental Energy. 45:30 Using certain types of androids (or changing their load out) may make for easier events. Trying to intimidate someone with a tech generally won't go well. 51:15 Consider doing events early in the turn for just this sort of problem (and maybe ready consumables...) 54:15 Any time you see a new resource, check your buildings for a place to put it. 1:07:00 Projects can have multiple outcomes. Will you promise a bit of housing (800 residence), or a good deal of housing (2200)? 1:08:00 I focused my buildings to make sure my combat units were ready to protect things. It's not the only strategy though.... With that said, Wander, I'd love it if you continued this. :)

Good observations! The price for having street sense on is basically visual clutter. There are changes coming soonish to how street sense/investigations/contemplation work.
This looks really interesting! Not sure if it's a game I'd play myself, but I can definitely see myself watching a longer series of this.
WAaaaait, you can actually try this game? Arcen, you snuck one on me!
This is a *beefy* demo.

It has several hours of content, and it got me super hyped for a game and developer I'd never heard of before.

@@RupertssonsI don't know much about ARCEN, but Hooded Horse has been involved in some awesome games.
Thanks to you, I've found so many games I'm looking forward to! Keep up the great work! Love your content!!!
This is a fascinating concept!
I am curious to see if this had been in any way derived from Murderbot by Martha Wells given the 'Sec' prefix for some robots and others being called literally 'combat units'
I normally don't comment. A new Arcen game warrants an exception.
Was the Library of Ruina Episodes discontinued?
