Love this game!

Play note - when a rescue card is pulled from the threat deck, you then need to draw another threat card. If that is a rescue card, you draw again.

A very late reply but thanks for watching!

One thing I like to do is to place the threat dice on top of the threat deck to remind me to pull a threat card before throwing the threat dice. If I have to draw a threat card because the scanner area is full, then I pull a card and put the dice back down immediately :-)

That was a solid video! Thanks for posting. Though I noticed that your definition of "rolling" dice and mine, are a bit different! :)

Ha, I did think a few of those lames were a bit lame. I think I was just a bit over cautious at keeping everything in frame!

Very thankful to you and everyone else that has posted videos of play throughs. I just received a first edition off of Amazon (pricey) and I just love this game. For anyone else that may also be coming late to the party, I have found the following things to be very helpful. 1 - Watch KZread videos 2 - Visit boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/183571/deep-space-d-6 and review the forums 3 - Visit www.tauleadergames.com/dsd6-faq Most of the questions encompass the Ouroboros final boss, what the stasis beam can/can't do and a few others. Having the first edition, I see that the second reprint has new final boss cards that have been rebalanced and tweaked (you can find these rules at #3 above).

Play note - when you draw the Distracted card you are to place a crew die on the empty immediately. Then when you roll a 3 or 4 (or complete), the crew die becomes available and you discard the card. You should have brought the crew dice back into play after you rolled the 3 :-) Great roll, but you didn't get to take advantage of it :-)

Awesome playthrough. Just one thing. At 25:13 you weren’t supposed to remove the orbital cannon.

how you recorded this video? Did you use only tripod?

Yes, a tripod on the floor. It was a bit awkward but worked ok. I used the iPhone 7 and a lavalier mic. I think the audio makes all the difference if you're not using a proper camera.
