Prior to reading your post. I was, am thinking what’s the point of being here? Am broken lonely for many different reasons, why am I here? I feel pity on myself as I see others happiness( relationships, success, etc..) Yet, here I am. Deserving of it, but lacking it. So what’s the point? Feel like life sucks and will it ever get better? I’ve hit dang half my life span and still single, lonely, depressed raising 3 kids on my own. Am just tired of life! I know it’s what you make of it but no matter how hard I try I feel like am a failure. And my kids at this point are the only humans reason why I stay! Not looking for pity, just venting and wanting to say thank you for your post! It came when I most needed it! Truly appreciate it!

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

I’m litteraly having this issue as I’m reading it,it’s 4am right now and I’ve slept only 4 hours . I had a mentally and physically abusive parents,but now it’s my grandfather who’s causing this. It’s an awful feeling ,to the point that your heart hurts. I’m planing to move out in two weeks out of here cause it appears to be highly detrimental to my health

​@Bridget Burke These kinds of beliefs often have negative consequences. I'm mostly referring to religions and cults. That believe in things that are not backed up by evidence meaning they can believe in literally anything including things that harm them selves and/or other people. Being taught or encouraged to believe in things that are not backed by evidence it not good in and of it self. Cults are worse because they're run by people that actively try to control the entire lives of their members.

I've been listening to this for months when I first started I can't really explain it but to say I'd always start praying because it moved my spirit. When I first start listening and hear something that sounds like a whale's song I feel joy then fall asleep. In a world with so much upheaval this is peace and rest.. Thank you.

I thought that only me who got to outer space while listening to it.

My three year old daughter asks to listen to this every single night when I put her to bed. We lay together and listen to the beautiful music and the peaceful rain. She has never been able to stay awake long enough to hear the music after 5 minutes. It knocks her out every single time. Whenever she gets a boo boo or gets really upset about something she always asks to listen to it and falls peacefully asleep in my arms.

Going through some difficult times i been stressed out for 2 weeks and i have ate in 6 days i havent slept in 5. Whats wrong with me. Im suffering from a broken heart. I hops this helps heal me. God bless you all for the amazing comments

i first found this video when i was about 11 and im now 15. i can’t count how many times i’ve fell asleep to this video hoping and praying things would get better or crying myself to sleep because i thought my life would always be a mess. Now that i look back i realize that things did get better, they got a whole lot better and im so great full because when i had sleepless nights i always came back to this video and it always helped me to forget everything and just relax.

Hey Peter! I have been listening to binaural beats and frequencies for almost 8 years now and I don't know what it is about your music but your music has set me Free and has allowed me to be able to become peaceful! How do you do this? Wait what? You can’t sleep? Problem solved. Soothing Relaxation. My favorite sleep helper. Listen to it, if your just scrolling down for the comments well watch it! It really helps. It’s 11:09 PM where I’m at and so it’s time to get some great sleep.

These comments helped a bit. My mom is in the hospital right now after a really bad car accident. I can't go see her cause covid rules. We don't know if she will wake up completely or if she will recover all the way. And Christmas is coming up which was our favorite family time. So it's been a pretty rough fall winter so far

I wish those who read this have a successful life, have a clear goal and find the right love.

So crazy you say that! Both my cats slept through til morning while this was playing and normally they are running around half way thru the night and playing. I slept like a rock too!

I am!!! I’m preparing my mind for a trip tomorrow, I’m going to wake up eat, drink tea, workout, meditate, ice bath, wim hof breathing and then I will eat 30mg of THC-A and 3.5g of shrooms then cycle to the top of a mountain and wander around the forest in search of myself then when the time is right I will lie down smoke some weed and experience infinity and hopefully unity

☘️ May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. when you hear music so bright and powerful all the negativity leaves your body and makes you feel amazing. May clarity replaces confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life. There are a lot of languages in the world but music is the language which connects all of us. May your life be full of joy, strength, light, and ease. Whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. Hope anything that bothers you and makes you feel depressed will go away and you will feel comfortable with this video.

Remember, see it in your mind, feel it in your heart and hold it in your hand.
