I do too, but half my problem is I won't put my phone down. Haha I find if I put one Zac's audio binaural beats on and put my phone actually down and shut my eyes I eventually fall asleep faster than if I kept scrolling.

I love the ones with the 'heartbeats' they're so comforting

Yes! I have listened to this track for about 2 weeks in a row becuase the heartbeat sound does an amazing job of calming my nerves. I may still lie awake for a long time, but the heartbeats, which are at irregular intervals, help me relax and center my thoughts around just the sounds I am hearing. I am on a train and I am ready to fall asleep!

The background, music and theme it’s just amazing how you put the time and effort in this thank you for always doing this

About to sleep with "not crazy" neighbors who are slamming doors and stomping daily, so these videos really help me to deal with the noise. Be a good neighbor if youre reading this, it can go a long way.

Thank you for making this. There’s been a ton of garbage and stress on my plate these past few weeks, with the holidays, my work being overwhelming and my family constantly telling me I’ve disappointed them. I'm just happy every time I hear this. It means a siblings asleep somewhere. I'm not won't be. Insomnia sucks but don't worry it'll give you bad dreams. Just know some of us our listening awake mostly. But always on alert. Learned to micro sleep years ago never got back to full rem. Just minutes of calm now.

You have no idea how much your work brings joy, peace and many other positive things to our lifes. Thank you, Im getting ready to great sleep time.

Zach the Dream Flight was my absolute favorite, but this one is everything I needed and more dude. I used to love going on train rides with my family (when we could afford it mind you ☺️) and I pass out every time. This is a beautiful nostalgic trip down memory lane into a beautiful station of memories. So that's again Zach once again outdoing yourself bro.
