@hAckAbleMe I did not realize that was a requirement. the other channels that I watch for meditation purposes do not have commercials in the middle of the meditation. they are At the beginning or at the end.

@@justmytruth5157 Actually you're right - I've checked and it seems that the channel is still too small to change the monetization's parameters. Once I have access to them, I will change accordingly as I dislike mid-roll commercials as well. Which sound frequencies you use? Solfegio or other?

No specifically solfeggio frequencies - it is a mix of empiric frequencies I've tested on me, some others tested and reported by other people (it could be solfeggios), and what fits well together (and with the binaural beat I want to use of course). Here there is a solid base around 220 Hz.
