Its really good. That squeeky electrical saw sound is exactly what you hear before you get an OBE/ go astral travel. Only that sound is every now and than. ( irregular intervals ) Very well made.

The sound made me so tense... I went into a state of thinking.. 'Is everything here real?' I also sat there listening, and I loved it. Full volume up but I didn't care - I went into a state - where I didn't care if my ears were sore from this.

While I was listening to this I felt tingling up the back of my head and on my shoulder. When the bang came I got chills up my spine and it got bright even though I had my eyes closed and the lights off..

I was listening in headphones and I won't lie it made me get scared I guess I can't let go of reality

Wow OK I'm not going to lie but towards the end I started to see like a swirling light to my left. I kinda chickened out and opened my eyes to see if it was someone around me. It's raining right now but there has been no thunder that I've heard. The light was almost silver in color and it was rotating clockwise. Super vivid! I was startled really. I have been able to Astral project four times in my life time. Twice through meditation and. The second was induced during a surgery that I had to have done. When I tried to get the attention of the medical staff one of the doctors told me not to say anything if I wanted to leave that hospital. I kept my mouth shut. I was stunned to say the least. The U of u is where this took place if any one wondered. I will admit I was skeptical... Now... ya no !

i see what is going on here. the sound forces your spirit to move right and left - which is what you're supposed to do to be able to exit your body. just dont put your body (head to toe) pointing east/west as it could be impossible to go back. point north/south. like a compass.

this is the only frequency that's calmed my mind down in ages. pretty grateful to have found this video, thank you for posting people with schizotyphy and or adhd: this works a++ for focus and anxiety removal, much more so than the typical ones for that purpose that being said- the times have actually done acid, mushroom ect... generally this same phenomenon, and probably the calming/'normal mind' effect, due to experiencing everyday life the way that a 24/7 hallucinogenic trip would feel for non-schizotypal folks

I've been listening to hemisyncs, binaural beats, and the Monroe Institute tapes during my 3+ hour esketamine sessions (under a doctor's care) for the past few years, and it's really helped with my depression and anxiety. My longest tracks are usually 1-hour long but not this specific one which is 27 minutes long (link in description). This was nice and all, relaxing even, aside from the high pitch squealing. The only thing that bugs me is the fact that the comment section *really is* full of wackadoos.

I feel this energy us greatly different. I've laid in bed with this twice now the whole way through. Nothing ive ever listened too has had this energy before... This time a face was staring at me face to face as i lay flat.. it was a white face no features just there, hovering. By the time it ended my eyes were watering and I felt calm.. they were closed the whole time
