I do perform sinus surgery. Some of my first uploads are sinus surgeries. Ears are just easier to record.

How does an ear get so impacted with wax? I presume it's painful and hearing ability is effected well before it gets that bad. What's the best way to clean your ears so wax isn't built up?

This patient created the deep impaction by q-tipping and pushing it deep. Avoiding pushing the wax deeper will help.
