Ingredients for skin (皮料):
240g (2 cups) glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)
2 tbsp wheat starch (澄面粉)
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
180ml boiling water(滚水)
2 tbsp cooking oil (油)
Filling (馅料):
150g roasted ground peanuts (花生碎)
50g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
2 tbsp peanut butter (花生酱)
Some sesame seeds for coating
适量白芝麻

Hi, may I ask if I could put the completed ball into fridge and store for another day as could not finish all. And how long can it be stored ? Is the sugar in ur proposal the optimum qty?

Hi Benny, I store Tang Yuan which has a similiar skin type in the fridge for up to 2 days. Wrapped with plastic to prevent drying out. Mine turned out fine.
