I am glad I have been understood. In Pakistan, there is no culture of respecting other points of view. Exposure to the outside world broadens one's horizons. that is why all wise men of the past were extensive travelers. Greetings from. Islamabad💕

Very important topic of physical flexibility in old age. I am 74 and an enthusiastic for keeping myself flexible. I have found that various forms of stretching exercises are good but swimming for about 45 minutes a day is best. Those who do it should also learn the hydro therapy technique.

Thank you for your kind comments. Many women these days are facing this dilemma. Some have dysfunctional husbands, due to addictions or mental instability. Some are just good-for-nothing burden on earth. Such a husband is useless for wife, but still useful for children to know they have a father worth the name.

It is a good life line. I am passing through because of change the country one year ago. Canada

ہمارے مشرقی معاشرے کی مغربی معاشرے سے ایک بڑی خوبی یہ بھی ہے کہ یہاں صدیوں سے بچوں کو ان کی دو جنریشنز پالتی ہیں والدین اور دادا دادی نانا نانی مغربی تہذیب میں یہ اس لیے نہیں کہ چند سو سال پہلے تک ان کی تبغی عمر 40 سال اور 50 سال کے درمیان تھی اور کسی بچے نے اپنا دادا دادی نانا نانی دیکھا ہی نہیں تھا جب ہی تو ان کے لیے ان کی زبان میں یہ الفاظ ہی شامل نہیں اور گرینڈ فادر گرینڈ مدر کے الفاظ ہیں یقینا دادا دادی نانا نانی کا بچے کی پرورش میں بہت ہی اہم رول ہے

آپ کی دلچسپی اور پسندیدگی کا شکریہ میری والدہ اردو فارسی کی پروفیسر تھیں ، پرنسیپل ریٹائر ہویٗں،اور متعددنثر و شاعری کی کتب کی مصنّفہ تھیں۔ مجھے اردو ترکہ میں ملی، مگر بہت سے الفاظ اردو میں ہیں ہی نہی کیوں کہ ہماری تہذہب میں یہ خیالات ہیں ہی نہیں انگلش میں ایک لفظ ہے ہارمونی یہ ان کی موسیقی میں بھی ہے ہماری موسیقی میں ہارمونی نہیں صرف میلوڈی ہے میں بور ہو رہا ہوں اس کا اردو کیا ہے؟ ریلوے سٹیشن ساٗٗیکل، کار، انجن، پٹرول، راکٹ ، ٹی وی، وڈیو،کیمرہ، مائک، وی لاگ،۔۔۔۔۔۔ اس لیے میری مجبوری ہے۔ سامعین سے درخواست ہے کی انگریزی الفاظ کے معانی دریافت کر کے انہیں اپنی ذہنی لغت کو وسیع کرنے کے کام لائیں
