I gotta wonder how they thought that was acceptable to bring in in that condition. Like if your phone stops working and it’s filthy you clean it before bringing it in, unless it’s in like critical condition and cleaning will only make it worse.

I couldn't imagine letting my phone get like that... I keep multiple cases (usually 3-4 at a time, a clear one, a silicone one and a hardshell case) and change them every time I clean my phone which is usually once or twice a week

I change my case about every week, and I own 10 cases for my phone. I also deep clean my iPhone once a month along with all my cases 😬😬

The cases might of be easier to soak them in warm soapy water and then clean them with a toothbrush.

I don't take off my phone case too often, just once in a while. But I clean all holes and edges around the screen and camera regularly with a little brush and never touch the phone with greasy hands.

I clean and sanitize my phone and case with an alcohol cleaning solution, typically every other day, but a minimum of twice a week. It's the same way with my tablets, laptop, and other electronics. That phone was disgusting. I couldn't imagine the amount of germs and bacteria alone on that case! Omg wow 😳

This is a good example of why it’s a bad idea to have one case on your phone all the time. When you keep one case on all the time your phone, dirt is accumulating in the exposed areas and the after awhile it gets to the point of the phone in this video where buttons and other things stop working. I have about 30 cases for my phone and people say I’m crazy for it but my phone looks like I just got it because I’m always changing up the cases and cleaning my phone every day. The state some people allow their phones to be in is concerning
