Loved this video... the fridge made me HAPPY! To have stress free shopping at Trader Joe's you have to be there right when the doors open. It is a great place to get produce for sure... their brand products are very good as well. Don't give up on school Lex... you have come too far now and you are almost there. Those feelings and thoughts of dropping the bag will come because it is stressful for you, but push through. Lean on your support system when things get rough. Things get rough for all of us, you just have to take a moment and regroup. This is why the sun sets at night... God knew we would ALWAYS have to re-set. Practice reaching out for help before your plate overflows. This will help you manage any anxiety and will keep those thoughts of giving up at bay. Keep pushing, you will feel SO accomplished in the end. YOU CAN DO IT!
FYI always wash your fruits and vegetables before u way them. Soak in vinegar and water.
