  My oldest, who's 8, is so bad with his ADHD, he HAS to be on medication just to focus otherwise he's ALL over the place in school, at home, etc. Girl, your house would probably take me just a couple hours to clean for you if my kids weren't with me lol life gets hectic, we get busy and we're mentally and physically EXHAUSTED by the end of the day. It happens, don't stress just get it done when you can. Maybe start making a daily/weekly cleaning list. Take certain days every week to deep clean your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, do laundry, etc. Daily chores can just be like dishes, picking up dirty clothes, Yada Yada. Even just little things will make a difference and not make it so overwhelming
