when you remove screen from gameboy shell gently twist shell to remove adhisive and you can easy remove screen without braking it

+1 to this. That's how I do it and I've never broken a screen. Valuable lesson though!
Would be really cool to see the back light upgrade. I also think i saw somewhere around the internet, that you can also make another upgrade, from AA battery to those rechargeable batteries. Could try that combo on the same video, and practice some soldering!
