    Drbeen, I believe you fail to understand a basic premise going forward. The Vaccine racket and big pharma have discredited themselves with the rollout of covid drugs and the lockdown mandates. This type of work, those type of labs and this type of system are now known to a larger group of people everyday, as being criminal and a threat to all mankind. The idea that we should take anything offered by these people by this group of people, or believe any data they present, is one that comes from before the veil was lifted. The good that could come from this profession is only in cleaning up the spills the create for us. These are criminals and the companies doing this work are the reason we have military men guarding poppy fields over seas. This is a racket, it is criminal, and its time is almost up.

When you immunize an animal (including a human) you ideally want a certain amount of the antigenic protein, not a hit-or-miss dosage like you get from mRNA. My assumption when they started giving out mRNA vaccines was they were a temporary stop-gap measure until protein-based vaccines could be developed and produced. (Or, perhaps, attenuated-virus vaccines). But mRNA itself is not particularly dangerous. There's lots of it in every cell. Including, if you catch the virus, mRNA coding for the spike protein. Generally, too many know-nothing anti-vaxxers compare vaccine vs nothing, when they should be comparing vaccine vs actual infection by live virus.

    What immediately comes to mind is to ask what the purpose of the Ace 2 receptor on your bodies cells is? Won't decoys interfere with the intended function of the Ace 2 receptors? As I understand it Ace 2 is used to regulate blood pressure. Won't flooding the body with decoy ace 2 affect this function of blood pressure regulation in the body? It is a huge mistake to focus on ace 2 receptors only with respect to corona viruses and ignore the purpose your cells have an ace 2 receptor in the first place. This study seems to be based on the premise that the only function of ace 2 receptors is to allow viruses to enter the bodies cells and that we would therefore be better off without them. How else do you explain simply ignoring the purpose ace 2 receptors exist in the first place as if this is an irrelevancy we can afford to ignore? I am only a few minutes in so perhaps you will cover this later but it seems to me it might also be a mistake for us to assume we know every possible function of the ace 2 receptor in our cells and bodies. What if the ace 2 receptor is fulfilling some other function we are hitherto unaware of. Flooding the body with decoy ace 2 receptors will result in disregulation of this function surely?

    The ACE2 receptor/enzymes are involved in several critical biochemical reactions. I requisted a lecture from Dr Mobeen a week or so ago, where I ask if he could summarizes all the reactions involving ACE2. Don't know if he saw my post. For starters ACE2 converts angiotensin. Angiotensin is a hormone, elevated levels of this hormone are responsible for high blood pressure, Inflammation and damage to blood vessel linings.

    With an agent like this, you will actually find out 99.9999% of everything you need to know in short-term trials since any damage will have been done between the time of injection and the time it takes for the decoy to break down and equilibrium to be restored in the body's normal ACE2 ligand production. A better question is.... will shady companies lie to us about the data like Pfizer did? It's not like anyone is in prison for their lies and most of the liars are rich now having profited greatly from their lies. That is a powerful incentive. I'm not sure how we can trust any pharma company without taking some extreme measures to regulate them including invasive regulator presence and powerful safeguards against regulatory capture. That plus the current criminals all need to be punished for their crimes. Without those measures, the details of new drugs and their clinical trials are moot.

    @@bolsabolsismo4889 That is completely different circumstances. For one, the RNA treatment leaves spike in the blood indefinitely to drift wherever and cause damage arbitrarily..... and the makers were always aware of that.... which is why it was never deployed in the past until there was an emergency granting them legal immunity from damages. This is also information that emerged in short-term trials. The long-term damage from this is what is being discovered now. With the ACE2 decoy method, you are looking at a scenario of suppression of an existing metabolic system (and immune system/inflammation factor) which we can test the effects of a million different ways and if I were to bet on this, I would wager there is already data on this subject in existence from previous studies. There might be some issues with measuring damage and whatnot... but as I said, you will learn 99.999% of what you need to know in short-term trials. But, of course, the data needs to be reported honestly or none of the testing actually matters anyway.

As I said, at early 2021 the ACE2 damage of the covid spike protein was demostrated in experiments so they are accountable for not stoping the vaccination. There are a lot of "influencers" that are now trying to mistake people into think that the problem is the RNA tech itself instead the expresion of a toxic spike protein in our cells, adding more confusion to the problem. but nobody cares abouth the truth anymore so who cares. Also there is a lot of leftist political brivery trying to dilute the mandatory vaccionation ideas they tried to impose on us on the pharma companies side, which have not power to enforce us the use of their products without them. is a clasical psycopatic tactic used by the left so they could be out of the equation when the blame comes.

Even if Omicron infection becomes almost unavoidable when exposed, this Ace2-decoy treatment(if proven to work in humans) could help to further reduce fatality when administered to people who would otherwise be more prone to severe outcomes such as immuno-compromised or seniors with pre-existing chronic diseases etc.

    Would this drug bind to ACE-2 Auto Antibodies?

  • @LoiolaALG
    @LoiolaALG Жыл бұрын

    Will the ACE2 decoys attach to the spike proteins produced by the vaccines such that the ACE2 decoys can be used as an adjunctive treatment to treat the vaccine injured? The spike proteins produced by mRNA vaccines are locked in a pre-fusion state. It appears thus that the spike proteins from the vaccines will not be able to attach to the ACE2 decoys.

    OK, but giving a patient artificial ACE2 could provoke an autoimmune response targeting the cells which express ACE2 on their surfaces - the same cell-types the virus targets. Also, artificial ACE2 will likely be just as expensive as monoclonal antibodies, for the same reason: it's a protein, secreted by cultured cells (living organisms) in vats, requiring good growth-conditions and perfect sterility from spores, fungi, mold, yeast, etc. It's a nice idea, but don't go nuts over it, at least, not yet.

    Don't we really need a decoy CD147 as well? And if there are decoy ACE2s floating around, woouldn't that also promote autoimmunity to ACE2s?

  • @ColonelFredPuntridge

    That was my first thought too. An autoimmune response against ACE2 would be god-awful. It would target the same cells the virus targets, including arterial and venous endothelium. Your immune system would attack the blood vessels it lives in!

    @@klondike444 You're welcome. Most proteins, if you eat them, you'll digest them before they can do anything for you or to you. There are exceptions: the proteins of (some strains of) the polio virus (which is the basis of the oral polio vaccine), and proteins which line the inside of the stomach and protect it from being digested by the enzymes which your own digestive bacteria secrete (ie the enzymes which digest the protein you eat) and a few other proteins. These are resistant to your digestive enzymes which digest proteins ("digestive proteases"). But other than these special exceptional proteins, you can't eat protein-based medicines like monoclonal antibodies and artificial receptors or receptor-mimics.

    Yeah but what are the side effects of these wonder drugs? As someone with small fiber neuropathy, I became more and more sensitive to chemical medications. I can tell you this. My nerves are raw, I can feel what they are doing to your body and it effects me faster and harder but make no mistake, that doesn't mean it's not doing the same damage to you, your nerves aren't raw so u can't feel it like I can. Almost every medication I have tried, I got side effects eventuality and had to stop taking them. I think many medications are absolutely essential but being on them long term must be carefully examined. I would suggest trying to wean off periodically to determine if you are having side effects or not. U won't really know until u stop. U might not even realize ur having them.
