You are fabulous. You remind me so much of my friend from Biggleswade. I lived in England From 1975 thru 1978 and she and I had remained friends all these years. She passed away during Covid..both she and her husband. I was devastated. I miss them talking to them so much. I'm so glad to have found you. You have given me so many ideas for my journals. You make my day.

You can have too much ephemera I reckon, although my stash has increased considerably since making videos has made me more productive. A grungy journal is needed now I think. So glad to hear how much you enjoy watching. It really does motivate me to make the videos and put a smile on my face too☺️🤗💜

Amazingly fun to watch you “shop” your stash of pre-made tags and ephemera to fill this beautiful junk journal. Such a creative process…I find myself talking to you and telling you which items to choose! We mostly agreed, in case you’re wondering! 😉 Still so happy I’ve found your channel! I don’t have any pre-made goodies, so it takes me a LOT longer to make a journal…now I know what to do when I don’t have any crafty mojo…start making ephemera and tags! 🤗 Thanks, Julie! Wow! Julie your random stuff is beautiful!! That butterfly die-pocket is gorgeous! You said you might do a video on that… I would love to see it! Since this video is two years old I wonder if you’ve already done it and I just haven’t found it yet? I have lots of stuff but yours looks prettier! Yay for you because I will get to watch you use it! I’ll look up honey pot crafts…seems like so many craft shops in US have closed and the bigger ones that are still here are downsizing the craft departments. I think even Timmy only sells in Joann now and just a small amount there. They all want us to buy online. While I don’t like to just shop either, I sometimes want to look at something before I buy unless it’s from Amazon because it’s pretty easy to return to Amazon if you don’t like something. 💕

Just ordered that book on eBay, I’m a sucker for botanicals!

Can you show how you made the pocket that you used either a diecut or an embossing folder to make it? It was made on a creamy beige paper and it had tabs on it that you fold back and it makes it gusseted. You said that you used the bone folder for something. I was very confused. Thank you. I am so happy that I found you channel. I just love you and your sense of humor.🥰💕

Hi Yvonne, i made that pocket using a die i got a few years back on AliExpress. Heres a link to a similar one as i can't find the exact one. When you see the die, all will become clear. Hi Julie, you make it look so easy to fill up the pages with ephemera but I find it's the hardest thing for me, just when I think I have enough made to fill up the journal I find out it's not nearly enough! 😂🤣 I'm on making 3 journals for teenage girls in the family for Christmas gifts! I've always found it easier to make ephemera first, that's why I have such a stash besides what I've made on here. I wouldn't know where to start making journals for teenage girls Violet 😐 you are a very brave lady. I know where to come for tips and advice if I'm ever asked to make one☺️🤗💜

Hi Lady :) plan...nope, no plan! If there is no plan then it cannot go wrong! Now I say that glue with a k sound, not the softer C .... mind I was married to a northerner for quite a long time! Ahhh, the box of goodies! I love those :D Mine is buried under other box's so I use the handle hole like a postbox, lol Awww, you mentioned my little shop! Thanks Julie🤗 I is really strange to see my digi's on screen! lol Don't know what happened there but my Alexa went off same time as Gert....I nearly vanished up my own rear end😆 We all need a good waffle, even my cat...she hasn't stopped for 3 days! Craft shop a few mins from were you live....now that is heaven! I hate shopping, but a craft shop that close may be an exception, lol. That little view of your desk....that's my entire craft area😶 Cant be helped, lol This journal is looking incredibly cute now.

You are very welcome love. When i set up my printer, which i still haven't done and i've had it nearly six weeks, you'll be seeing more of them on screen. Well the craft shop is safe from me trying to walk it, it's too cold and wet and i've pulled my knee. I'm moving at two feet an hour. Oh my desk is constantly covered in stuff and boxes. If i didn't live in a rented house that actually gets inspected every few years i'd probably disappear under a pile of stuff. 😊🤗💜

What on earth have you done? You are the only other person I have ever seen who does 2 loops to make a bow rather than one, everyone laughs at me for doing it that way. Maybe it’s a Northern thing as I am from Oldham not too far away from you across the Pennines. 😂

I don’t remember watching this tutorial - I did check out the comments and I hadn’t commented. Love your bright up lifting manner really cheers me up. Just a heads up in case you don’t know something sticky has folded actually quiet a while ago which is really sad because I used to get my big bottles of art glitter glue from them😞

I'm going to try Phil martins glue from Honeypot Crafts as soon as I drag my bum to the shop and spend the gift voucher I have. My friend uses it and swears it's as good as art glitter, but I need to try it for myself😊🤗💜

I love this journal, this is my 2nd or 3rd time watching this video now, I just got a box with 100 brown craft color file folders and I’m searching for ideas for them. Did you ever do the video showing how to use a cutting die with your bone folder when you only want to use half of it, I’d definitely love to see it. You come up so many unique ideas and short cuts, I also like how thrifty you are. What you guys call Katie Corner we refer to it as catty cornered, I get a a good chuckle out of that type of stuff.

I love listening to your voice, I think it’s because of your accent but I also love your bubbly personality and ideas. I find myself rewatching a lot of videos quite often and I still forget want I intended to make when I finally feel well enough to get up and craft. I watched enough Netflix so now I’m back to KZread in hopes of getting a break with the heart issues so I can do that I enjoy. Love and prayers to you my friend ❤️🙏

Hi Julie, I’ve trawled your Etsy shop, Amazon shop and your video descriptions but I can’t find anywhere any information on those tab attachments on some of your tags - the ones that look like a bulldog clip and the other, more rounded shaped one. Hi, well, here goes 😅 The file tab style ones are from Elizabeth craft designs, but are part of a larger planner die set, they are on my Amazon storefront unless they are out of stock, but you may be able to get them elsewhere. The others that look like the stampin up tabs are ones cut from a cricut file i designed. If you drop me an email at cameliacrafts@gmail.com i'll gladly send it to you. Cricut will charge you around a dollar to use it if you don't have cricut access. 😊🤗💜

Hi Denise, it's about $9.50, but for s book you can use every yummy scrap of, I'd pay $30. In fact $30 is about what a Tim Holtz paper pad costs over this side of the pond😊🤗💜
