I had to chuckle with the reflections about minimalism. Our house is a complete mess of 70s,80s,90s “decor” & stuff but it’s our home. Who can say to another how to live our lives? We have one life. Why not spend time living and enjoying each moment in the way that we want without judging others? I love your videos because I love your outlook to life.

We are all diffrent and can experement at times to learn more of ourself, which in turn helps guides you to evolve and see yourself. Nothing is set in stone have fun and explore yourselves. but you know yourself which is amazing to see.

I know it’s a lot of planning and prep but your vlogmas content is so special. Thank you for bringing Christmas sparkle into our home. We only put the tree up and start watching Christmas movies after my daughter’s birthday. In South Africa we have planned daily load-shedding (no electricity) at least 4 hours a day so your energy is a very welcomed distraction.

Oh Lydia what a charming intro to the video It encapsulates you and Mr Gordon’s vibes. About minimalism There are people moving away from the extreme minimalism and we do not need to be living on the extreme. I believe there are two ends of the extremes and most of us fall somewhere in the spectrum. Do search on warm minimalism and cozy minimalism I have a feeling you will relate and resonate to some of them.
