thank you Dr. you have shared your video on piles. I have got the answer at the end i.e., voluntary contraction and expansion of the sphincter muscle in the rectum end. I followed after post surgery for a month only. anyway after 17 years now I shall try this as an exercise and see for the results. thank you so much for your kind help. the video is brief, covered a to z on piles with remedies. if your videos are in book form, this would benefit all. 🥰💯👌👍🤲🤝🙏🏻🙏🏻
