Ruined Star Wars and Indiana Jones😢 Ford deserved so much better before his retirement…

He didn’t ruin Star Wars, it was ruined long before. Hans death was the result of poor scriptwriting along with a weak willed producer and director giving into to a fading movie stars demands regards to the characters story arc. Harrison originally demanded Han Solo die in Return of the Jedi, but that was rejected by Lucas, somehow he demanded if he came back, Han dies and that was agreed as he didn’t want anyone else to play the part, absolutely ridiculous and insane destroying his character like that, I was heartbroken, not because Ben killed him, but because he deserved a much better send off if it was to happen.

@@clanofshadows there's a difference between this Open Matte and general Open Matte. This was filmed with IMAX screens in mind, so the crew kept any filming equipment out of view or removed them digitally during post production. General open matte versions are ones made from the full scope of the camera to fill people's TVs, but they don't match the director's intentions and can either reveal flaws/filming equipment or wind up zoomed in to avoid these things.
Thanks for the upload! It's like I'm reliving the first time I've seen this in IMAX.

This is how you respect a legacy character. No shilling for the new character. K gets his ass kicked. (I prefer K, but part of the reason I do is because he isn't forced on the audience.)

people responding think this is just another fan nonsense thing, but no Harrison admitted in multiple interviews that one of those punches was accidentally real lol. He said the lights were fuckin with his depth perception, and he actually ended up clocking him one good time. Graham norton has a particular interview with both of them where Harrison admits this, and keeps screwin with Ryan acting like he doesn't remember his last name 😂

I like how the fact that no one knows if deckard is a replicant doesn't change the fact that a child was born from one. So our focus switches from a character that is alive to one that isn't. Stunning writing.

The directors cut of the original blade runner made it obvious Dekard is a replicant. He has an implanted memory of a unicorn. There was also the scene where you can see the light in Deckards eye for a breif moment which was also another tell that he was a replicant.
