From an EVO to a Magna, that's s slight improvement in performance - LOL. The old wiggle? I had that on my Vmax between 30 and 40 mph, seemed it was the main steering head bearing assembly. Loosened the main steering nut and adjust the two slim locking nuts about 1/5 of a turn and that cleared it up completely. New it wasn't the tire pressure, I check that weekly. I know, I know, you don't have this bike anymore by now, but if you ever have a bike in the future that gives you that "wobble" and the tire pressures are good, check the looseness of the fork through the bearing assembly.

I did just that on the Magna until the fall-away point was in spec, and cleared that issue right up. I kinda abused that FXR, and it's still around, but I've moved on to smaller and faster things.
