Girl I don’t blame you. Being a mobile home owner I so wish I had the opportunity to have my air vents in the ceiling. Furniture placement would be so much easier and all of our babies have either pulled the covers off or put food and toys in them lol. So I can completely understand your reasoning. Just make sure you have all your permits , and make sure the power company and light company are all set up when you move. Because it may take a whlie for the light company to put a ploe in if needed, etc. I hope you took a pictures of the inside of the house, so when you get the replacement one, its actly the way you want it. I hope you got a walk in pantry. Can you put pole building on your property to store some of your stuff before you move in..

The permits are already done and the home place handles all that. This isn’t a custom home. It’s a base model, we chose the floor plan. I wish we could customize things. Our plan is to change a lot over time. It doesn’t come with a walk in pantry. Again I wish it did but I have plans to make one! ❤️

We couldn’t change or add anything. It’s frustrating. Our plan is to do it ourselves. Hoping to do some work to the house before we move in. May have to wait though.
