It might also turn out that having having property in Sweden will keep to door open for going there. If Sweden sometimes in the future wakes up and starts to care more about the health and survival of it's population, it might close to door for visitors from countries where there is weakness in handling epidemics. Now it doesn't matter, since UK and Sweden have both been sloppy and carefree not caring if some people die.

Good experience for you and Jack, you saw a different type of life and how to navigate it. You look so refresh and stressfree. Glad that everything worked out with the house.

They could cut down a 2,5-3 meter "street" down the hill whitouht problems then remove some of the smaller trees...They could also use the cut down trees as to make a "stair" terass all the way down to lake.

It's also heavily regulated what you can do with your land close (100m) to water in Sweden.

Don’t sell , Rent it out

Both of you invested on the house in the form of labour renovations, money, time, love, memories etc, so hope you decide well in long term. Look forward to your vlogs in new home in London....should be interesting..... Lots luv

It’s really good that you didn’t buy that other house. Chopping down trees and clearing a steep slope can often make the slope quite unstable- it might have caused major issues down the road.

Use the house as investment property! Well, that is what I would do. That money from rent would be incredibly useful.
