Grüezi I've met you yesterday on KZread for the first time. I like the way you teach tunes. Very motivating. I wanted to know more about you and found the following remark: "Ellery encourages technical excellence while also teaching perseverance and confidence. Ellery makes sure her students build the ability to feel okay with mistakes, laugh, and be compassionate towards themselves." I am a retired schoolteacher from Switzerland and I always tried to make my students feel likewise. So I'm looking forward to playing along with you via KZread.

Hi Ellery! Not sure you remember me, but Golo and I played a few sessions with you years ago in Vermont. I just stumbled upon your site here and just wanted to say thanks. Nice to have the tune played slowly and then quicker. Sounds great! Maybe we'll run into you again one day. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year 2024 very soon! I think I subscribed, not sure.
